服務態度很好 酒店的環境也非常的好 清爽 酒店也是很智能化的 房間和電梯都是刷臉的 也不用擔心忘記帶房卡了 非常的方便 而且他們酒店還有機器人 一開始不知道有機器人能送外賣 後面還是前台小妹妹説的可以寫上房間號 機器人是會給送的 非常適合我這種多走一步就覺得要命的懶人 他們家還有停車卷券 不用我們花錢的 很方便 也沒有任何隱形消費 強力推薦老鐵們Very good

灑店位於一個充滿文藝氛圍的幽靜小院內，出北門便於金沙灘和天馬棧橋，晚上廣場上都是海鮮燒烤。酒店房間乾淨整潔設施齊全，前台熱情周到。大堂內陳列有大量的古典紅木傢俱，還有誇張詼諧的民間泥塑。

到煙台遊玩三天，無意發現這家評價頗高的酒店，但只有第一天晚上有雙床房，於是先訂了一天，打算第二天換酒店。到了酒店後就挪不動腳了，房間很新很大很乾凈，還送水果，趕得上四星酒店的標準。酒店設施實在太好，與前台確認，第二晚確實沒有雙床房，再三考慮第二晚不換酒店，每人訂了一間大床房。大床房唯一的缺點是洗手間與房間的間隔是磨砂玻璃，沒有簾子，建議酒店加上可活動的簾子。酒店二樓配有洗衣房，很大很乾凈，設備齊全。這家酒店是本次青島煙台之行，最好的住宿體驗。

Good: 1. The only reason I chose this hotel is the convenient location. It's easy to go anywhere in the center of the city. 2. Bedding was clean. To be improved: 1. The drier in the self-service laundry room was awfully dirty. I felt the filter had NEVER been cleaned. When I removed the filter from the drier, it was full of fabric debris and mold. I spent 5 minutes to clean it with a tooth brush before use. I guess the hotel didn't know that the filter should be cleaned each use or at least everyday, maybe because driers are not commonly used in China. However, if you have one in use, you should know the correct maintenance! 2. There were some mistakes of documentation/operation of the hotel. We changed our room for the last day of our stay (we had two bookings with the same hotel in a row), but the hotel didn't complete the registration from their end. They sent a ”no show” notice to ctrip the agency after they helped us transfer to the new room of the 2nd booking. In addition, when we checked out, we returned the room key to the front desk in person. The front desk didn't tell us that there was a pending payment under our name but let us go. Later, the hotel sent a ”no payment” notice to ctrip. We were already back to Canada so hard to find a way to make a payment. Ctrip had to deduct it from our security deposit. The hotel's management should be improved to do things correctly rather than sending all the wrong messages to client/agency.

Die Lage des Hotels ist bequem, vom Rauchstation entfernt, der Laden ist sehr nah. Personal wie Rezeption und Restaurant-Services sind sehr enthusiastisch, geduldig und notwendig. Das Zimmer kann die Meereslandschaft sehen, die Terrasse ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist groß, die Toilette ist von der Toilette getrennt, und die Qualität der einmaligen Badewanne ist auch gut. Das Hotel-Gebiet ist auch sehr komfortabel, der echte Sofa ist komfortabel sauber.

We were wonderfully surprised by this magnificent hotel. Room is spacious and clean. We stayed two nights and tried out the swimming pool, the amusement park across the street. And my folks also tried the spring spa. You are required to wear swimming suits to go in the natural spring bath. The breakfast has a lot of choices. We highly recommend and would come back.
