Two Bunch Palms Spa Resort - Adults Only

My wife and I have been going to Two Bunch Palms for 8 years now it's an experience that we always look forward to. The grounds are absolutely stunning and the hot springs are very relaxing, they take all your worries away and have a unique composition of minerals. The food is healthy and delicious that is served at the resort and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. Assistant manager Chryse always makes sure that we have a wonderful stay and we love having friendly chats with Juan who helps keep the springs and the grounds in order. It is a beautiful tradition we will always contine to celebrate our anniversary and keep returning to Two Bunch Palms.

I have rated Two Bunch five stars because it is an amazing historical location and had many reasons to rate it as such. It may however, depend a lot on the other guests you share your time with while visiting and the room you select. I loved the Capone Jr Suite…the location was awesome and it was very comfortable. Great bed, linens and decor. Some may not like the skylight, though, since there’s no way to cover it. It was steps away from the grotto pool, close to the beautiful restaurant and most all amenities. The light switches were kind of tricky to figure out and really didn’t seem to work properly but the lights themselves were very cool. I was kind of sad not to have an in room coffee maker or microwave but the free morning coffee was not a far walk or there is room service available. Also, I thought some free snacks and/or beverages would have made it more welcoming, especially at this price point. Instead, the room was stocked with them for a fee. I loved the private concrete soaking tub I reserved, especially since the grotto pool was quite often busy. I had a delicious salad and beverage delivered there, by poolside service, which was perfect. I also enjoyed a great massage in one of the new treatment rooms. Both Impressive new additions since I was there many years ago. All pools were at a lovely temperature and very clean. Service was great, definitely not obtrusive, and they responded right away whenever I texted. Bell staff is available but you do have to self park. I’m not sure I’d recommend visiting for anyone with disabilities since the paths can be uneven and the grounds spread out. Overall, Two Bunch Palms, is one of those special places to seek out if you love being spoiled by an exclusive resort in a historical, natural setting…pure bliss.

Two Bunch Palms is like stepping into a spa-themed fever dream, but in the best possible way. First off: the yucca fries. OUTSTANDING. If I could marry them, I would. Our suite had a rain shower that turned bathing into a sensory adventure—10/10 recommend if you happen to be even a little high. The grotto at night? Basically heaven disguised as a warm mineral pool. We floated around like blissed-out otters under the stars. The bed deserves its own Nobel Prize—perfect pressure, little to no motion transfer, basically the mattress equivalent of a trust fall. Massage with Yoony was the cherry on top. He’s magical and deeply kind. By day we lived in the cool pool, which was so perfectly tempered it felt like becoming one with the water. Oh, and the food? So delicious. The spicy hibiscus margarita slapped (in a spiritual way) and the salmon deserves a standing ovation. Between the desert landscaping, the decor, and the general vibe of “luxury wellness commune,” this place is unforgettable. We’re already plotting our return.

This hotel really lacks customer service; it felt like no one cared about our experience. They kept saying to text for a ride with our luggage (it's very hot during this time) and when I did, I got no response. Also, they are super strict on the 4pm check-in but keep your phone on silent because on the check-out morning they are texting and emailing starting at 7am to leave. The property is pretty but you are on your own when you are here. I reached out to the manager several times and left a voicemail but never got a reply back. To be honest, I just felt disappointed coming here during the off season and it felt as though I was bothering the staff for anything I asked.

About 30 minutes into our first time to a soaking tub, we discovered human poop floating right next to us. I ran out of the tub and barfed by a palm tree (for real) and we were comped for one of two nights and then basically told us to get lost. Go at your own risk.

Two Bunch Palms is probably my favourite place in the world. It’s serene, quiet and beautiful. The treatments are lovely and the pools are endless. I’ve been twice and have still barely scratched the surface of the mineral tubs. It’s the perfect place for a solo retreat.
