Whether you're traveling with family or friends, everyone can enjoy their own inviting space. 🛏 Bedroom Layout: • Primary Bedroom – 1 King bed + ensuite bathroom • Bedroom 2 – 1 Queen bed + work desk • Bedroom 3 – 2 Full beds Bathrooms: • The ensuite features a private bath for the primary bedroom • A second full bathroom is conveniently located between bedrooms 2 and 3 • Fresh towels and essential toiletries are fully stocked Need extra sleeping space? The bright and airy kitchen allows for your culinary aspirations to come to life. You’ve found your SOL MATE. OUTDOOR LIVING: Venture out to the outdoor patio for fun in the sun. Outside you’ll soak up the California sun while relaxing poolside or dabbling in sports: Golf and Pickleball. Guest access The guests have access to the entire house Other things to note Outdoor music & parties: No outdoor music is allowed after 8 PM. Loud parties, live music, DJs, karaoke, and amplifiers are prohibited both indoors and outdoors. Cameras & security: For your safety, the property has security cameras: These record 24/7 for security purposes. There are no indoor cameras. A noise detector is located in the backyard as required by the City of Desert Hot Springs. It monitors decibel levels only and does not record audio or video. Pets: We welcome pets for a fee of $90 per pet per stay. Please notify us in advance if you’re bringing a pet. Pets are not allowed in the pool. Spa & Pool Heating Policy • Spa heating is included with your booking. The spa is not pre-heated prior to arrival, but you can turn it on anytime during your stay.
