The place was well maintained and cleaned. The food was good. The facilities inside were great for family. Just that it was too overly crowded. The check in process took almost 2 hours. We felt like we were at the government agency counter while waiting for the number to be called. It was not a good experience considering the amount of money we paid to book here. Everywhere inside also was super crowded. The waterpark was so full of people it felt anxious to be there. Too bad we could not get the access to the beach probably because of the monsoon season. Overall, we preferred Lotus Seaview rather than here.

We had a fantastic stay at The Westin Desaru! The hotel’s impeccable service made our experience truly enjoyable from start to finish. We spent our time cycling around the area, taking in the beautiful coastal views, and later cooled off with a relaxing swim in the pool. The hotel also had great recreational options—we had fun playing ping pong and unwinding after. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious spread with plenty of variety. Overall, a wonderful getaway with excellent amenities and top-notch hospitality. Would definitely return!

The building quite old and give scary impression. However , the staff are all very friendly and helpful , memang rasa duduk resort 4 star. The amenities is ok. The breakfast also good , which have variety of choices. So far everything is good , just need to improve their building to not look scary 😅

We had an excellent experience at the hotel, celebrating my child's birthday. Despite the long travel distance, we enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing holiday. The hotel staff went above and beyond by decorating our room with a ”Pokemon” theme and preparing a lovely cake. When they learned about my child's nut allergy, the hotel manager arranged for a new cake to be made, which was incredibly thoughtful.

Dies ist unser zweiter Besuch als Familie in Sand und Sandals. Das Resort ist schön und ruhig, mit einem ruhigen Strand. Die Essen sind auch ruhig und ruhig - sie haben westliche, lokale, japanische und chinesische Nahrung. Es gibt auch ein kleines Kaffee. The staff was so friendly, helpful Room is clean, just sad only the TV is not function well as only few channel can view .. But overall my staying is so enjoying and very memorable, coz this Tiara residence plc is just near to the beach.... Nice place to stay.. will come back again 👍👍👍
