Shuttle was right there as I came out of the airport from my late flight & hotel is super close to airport. So it was a quick trip, quick check in and quick to bed. The bed was hard to me but I’m one of those people that loves a soft bed. The breakfast the next morning was great and was able to enjoy it before getting picked up by Enterprise for my car.

Stayed here while visiting family in Des Moines. Pleasantly surprised by the overall condition of the property. Usually airport motels are rough and run down. Not this one. The check in was smooth and very friendly. We got a room just off the lobby. Quiet. Room was super clean. Carpet fresh. Bathroom was new looking. No complaints. Bed very comfortable and slept so well. The pool area was very clean, ample towels, and nice size. Water was crystal clear and looked like the pool had been renovated, cause so clean and pure. Only complaint I would have is that the hot tub was not working. I would definitely stay here again.

Unser erstes Zimmer hatte einen ”Anblick” auf das Atrium (und ich benutze dieses Wort großzügig), was bedeutet, dass wir die Gärten jederzeit geschlossen halten müssen. Wir haben diesen Raum nicht lange gehalten, aber nicht nachdem wir weitere Probleme entdeckt haben (keine Seife im Badezimmer, jemandens Eis im Kühlschrank und schlimmste aller WADDED-UP DURCHSTECHLOSEN IN DER KLEIDUNG). Ich rief den Vorderabschnitt über die Probleme an und sie sagten, sie würden ein anderes Zimmer inspizieren, damit wir bewegen konnten. 30 Minuten später war unser zweites Zimmer nur etwas besser. Wir haben alle Oberflächen mit Clorox-Wäsche abgewischen und sahen, dass der Bad-Zähler besonders schmutzig war. Grundelemente, die Sie in einem Zimmer brauchen, waren abwesend -- wir hatten nur zwei Hänge im Kleiderschrank, und keine Gepäckschranke. Sowohl die Badewanne als auch die Badewanne waren gekommen und russig. Jemand anderer in unserer Gruppe lief auf Wal-Mart, um Flip-Flops zu kaufen, weil sie nicht wollte, dass ihre Füße das Badezimmer Fußboden oder die Badewanne berühren. Weg, Weg zu hoch gezahlt bei $154/night inklusive Steuern. Wenn wir nicht aufgrund einer Gruppenreservierung an diesem Grundstück festgehalten hätten, hätten wir eine Erstattung beantragt und abgeholt.

Sehr gute Hotels und Servicepersonal sind sehr geduldig. Ich werde kaum Englisch, ohne Hindernisse mit Übersetzungssoftware.Gutes Frühstück, gute Transportdienste.Sehr nahe dem Flughafen.Große Supermärkte nebeneinander, um Lebensmittel zu kaufen.Ich habe Trip.com seit Jahren nicht bewertet, Dieses Hotel ist empfehlenswert...

Das Personal war so freundlich! Wir hatten ein bisschen Missverständnisse zwischen dem Hotel und trip.com bezüglich der Zahlung, aber sie haben es schnell geschafft und die Angestellten haben schnell alles für uns in Ordnung gebracht! Wir haben sowohl den Whirlpool als auch den Pool genossen und beide waren genau das, was wir brauchten! ! Das Hotel war weit genug von der Innenstadt entfernt, um ruhig zu sein, aber nah genug, dass alles zugänglich war. Das größte, was auffiel, war, wie zuvorkommend das Personal war. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Nicht das Ritzy-Ost von Hotels, sondern sauber, komfortabel und sehr tierfreundlich. Personal geht oben und darüber hinaus. So schön!!! Ich reiste mit meinen Hunden und mein Hund hatte einen Unfall am Bett. Sie waren großartig darüber und sagte mir, sich nicht Sorgen zu machen. Sie fanden sogar das Kong-Spielzeug für meinen Hund mit meinen Bettwäsche gemischt und nahmen die zusätzliche Zeit, um es herauszuziehen und es für mich auf dem Vordertisch zu speichern. Wir sind nie enttäuscht, wenn wir hier bleiben. Die junge Dame, die uns incheckte, war sehr freundlich wie das Frühstücksbetreuung. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ruhig. Auch ist es ein sicherer Ort zu bleiben. Sie dienen einem ”realen” Frühstücksbuffet. Mehrere Auswahl und vier heiße Gerichte plus einen Waffelmacher. Wir hatten am nächsten Abendessen bei Johnny's Italian Steakhouse. Da haben wir immer ein tolles Essen. Das Hotel gibt einen kostenlosen Trinkticket pro Gast. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel sehr.
