Hotels in Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, Des Moines

The tap for the shower in the room was very hard to manouvre. One has to pull the tap hard to turn water on n then turn the tap to adjust temperature. Its totally not intuitive n I had to call housekeeping (which did not pick up) n then the care line for instructions. Hilton shd just change the taps, I cannm imagine how hard it wld be for older or weaker folks to handle.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing we didn’t like was staff knocking three times to clean. If check out is at noon, please don’t knock to see if we are out and you can clean the room. Ask the front desk. That was very bothersome. Otherwise, it was a good stay and things felt clean and we felt safe in this location.

Checked in on 22 Feb 8pm, the black lady on the front desk was telling her colleague who served us that my booking name is not the same as my ID and if she is willing to accept that is her risk.. I found that her comment should not make in front of us as we are ultimately the customer who pay for her job.. She should not be in this job if she continue to has this kind of attitude in this industry. However the other lady (I forgot the name tho) understood that I am using my credit card name to make the booking as my CC name is different from my ID and she helped to call the manager to clarify the matter , we would like to specially thank her for the patient and effect to help resolve customer issues

This hotel is not insulated against noise so I could'nt sleep at all , also dirty and old. I kept my eyes open all night so that I higly recommend this hotel for those who don't need to sleep. One reason I give pretty high grade is rocation since it's closest hotel to airport compare to place I had before

Aloft Hotel at SeaTac was a pleasant surprise. Very efficient and friendly staff. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Live music was playing just off the lobby and I was given two cold bottles of water immediately. The next morning I arrived for the airport shuttle just as they were leaving the parking lot. The person at the front desk assisted me in downloading an Uber App and gave me cash to pay for it. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

I would actually give it a 3.5. Close to the airport is about a 4. The beds were not comfortable; pillows were almost flat; could definitely hear airport noise; nothing exciting from the breakfast- just thankful there was something. The front desk staffers need some classes on customer service. No one said, thank for choosing Country Inns or welcome, how can i help; totally lacking good customer service. I liked Country Inns in Georgia but not Washington (Seattle).

Es hat die besten Einrichtungen, die ich je in den Vereinigten Staaten gehabt habe. Besonders die Zimmer sind geräumig, so können Sie den Raum sehr leise und komfortabel nutzen. Ein Gästezimmer, zwei Betten und ein Sofabett beinhaltet fünf Personen. Die Zugänglichkeit zum Flughafen (es dauert etwa 11 Minuten bis zum Flughafen Seattle Tacoma International) ist sehr gut. Zusätzlich konnten wir durch einen privaten Parkplatz und ein großes Restaurant vor Ort ein komfortables Frühstück genießen. Es gibt Fitnesseinrichtungen, die auch gut für Übungen sind. Der aktive und freundliche Service des Front-Desk-Personals war auch zufriedenstellend. Wenn ich wieder auf einer Reise nach Seattle gehe, möchte ich nochmal bleiben! 👍

Ich habe den ganzen Betrag für 2 Nächte gezahlt, als ich eine Buchung durch Trip.com gemacht habe (da die sofortige Zahlung auf der Website war Bedingung). Beim Einchecken gab ich dem Hotel meine Kreditkarteninformationen für die Sicherheit (die ganz normal ist), aber ich merkte, dass ich nach dem Ausscheiden aus dem Hotel für die Unterkunftsgebühr verdoppelt wurde. Bitte entfernen Sie die letzte Unterkunftsgebühr so bald wie möglich. I had a long stay and overall felt that the hotel was great for the price. Near the light rail. Airport shuttle was fast. The rooms were clean and they had a lot of pillows. The breakfast was average. Not super loud. I would book again. Staff was nice and helpful.

So günstige großes Bett, sauberes Zimmer, mit einem scharfen Schrank, das Zimmer ist großartig. Das Frühstück ist ein warmer Waffle-Shawn. Es ist toll, im Hall Kaffee zu haben. Weil nur ein Hotel umgeben ist, Wir empfehlen Ihnen, vor dem Abflug zu essen oder zu essen.
