The room had a stench probably from the old carpets. Needs to be changed

下午3點可辦入住。房間、衞生間面積大，但與房間比窗户小、對面是樓中其他房間的窗户沒有視野，窗户被鎖死無法打開，聯繫前台，説酒店所有窗户都打不開，但因為有換氣設施，住着沒有憋悶的感覺。床舒適乾淨。WiFi速度慢。位置靠近市中心，步行30分鐘到火車站。酒店服務態度差，預付款住3晚，因家中有急事，衹住了兩晚，多次與酒店協商，酒店不給退剩下1晚的預付房費。

酒店設施很新，入住的感覺很好，很安靜不吵，酒店的早餐非常豐盛，服務人員的態度讓人覺得很舒服，下次還會再入住

緊挨着holidayinn 沒毛病 空間也還可以

Although the hotel is modern, the rooms comfortable and well appointed and the staff polite and helpful, the arrival and parking for car drivers is absolutely disastrous. Nowhere to drop off bags and check in, and the recommended car park a ten minute walk away in a large and difficult-to-negotiate shopping mall. If you are coming to Derby by car and do not know the city centre's traffic system very well DO NOT use this hotel.

A very clean, tidy well run hotel. Excellent restaurant with exceptional choice at breakfast. Very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful staff. The staff are the selling point here. We could not have been treated any better.

Unfortunately, although we have stayed here a number of times now, each time we have found the service from staff to be worse and worse. On checking in we were not given any basic instructions on meals, WiFi, bar, restaurant timings or help and guidance about any hotel amenities There was no phone in the room to order room service The shower tray was blocked by hair and flooded the bathroom when used The air con did not work When we went down to report the issue there was no staff available anywhere even though we waited in reception 10 mins We changed and went down for an early evening meal - had to knock on the ‘private staff’ door to ask to see a member of staff as still non to be seen - to be then told the restaurant was shut We therefore had to leave the hotel to find elsewhere to eat We returned at 10.15pm to again not see any staff When we hung around for 10 mins one member did appear but when we asked to be served a drink in the bar we were told no it was closed We therefore just went up to our room It’s sad that the staff are really letting down this hotel and I think the company should really pay attention to what a bad impression guests are walking away with

2nd xmas in a row my family has stayed here and just like last year the experience was fantastic. The staff make this place. Dani ad Elleigh in particular looked after us really well and made my daughters night by giving free chocolate to them from santa. The gent in the cheque trousers was also really helpful. See you next year

Was attending a funeral and once again Premier Inn lives up to the awesome comfort and relaxed atmosphere. The staff assisted with an early booking request without hesitation and were very helpful in the check-in. The room has a great view over the river. Highly recommend the fourth floor views

Checking in the Staff was Absolutely amazing very perlite and helpful best Premier inn I been to. All Thanks to Dani & Rylan absolutely stars and also they was amazing bar staff. Also food was gorgeous thanks to the chefs, best was so so comfy.

All the staff absolutely amazing stayed at the Cathedral quarters and Riverlight JP Pat , and Rylan really helpful housekeeping very good food absolutely amazing rooms absolutely amazing really comfortable bed good night sleep . Location very good city centre two minute walk. The Riverlight room is amazing view Yes all the rest of the staff very helpful as well thank you Alan .

We have stayed here twice in recent weeks. The first we were on the top floor and it was super quiet. Sleep was OK, staying in premier inns I seem to find that I have a poor night's sleep due to the pillows. We had breakfast which was the busiest part of our stay. Can not knock the food as the chef is constantly topping things up. The one complaint is that hot chocolate is an additional cost. I'd rate 4/5 for this visit. The second time we were on the third floor and overlooked the bus station. I did think it would be noisy, but it wasn't that bad at all. Sleep quality was poor. Room was clean enough. Nice shower. Breakfast again was fine and the chef topping everything up. Due to the poor sleep I'd have have to give this visit 3/5.
