We visited here for a quick over night stay with breakfast. What stood out to us the most was how vigilant the staff were at breakfast concerning my daughter who has celiac. They had a great variety of gluten free options - including bread and muesli - and her meal was cooked separately in the kitchen. The staff member Simon in particular was very friendly and checked in with my daughter regularly, making her feel very at ease. Thank you!

Amazing, staff and food. I come 4 times a year and the staff recognise me. The food is good and a great value. I will all ways use here every time I am this way. I would fully recommend to all my friends and family. Loads of love to the staff who make it great see you in August

The staff are brilliant nothing is ever too much trouble - premier inn is consistent and I have never have an issue here that the staff cannot solve. The food is always good and as we would expect, again any needs within their gift are met - absolutely fab.

What wonderful place Darren went out of his way to make our visit a wonderful time the room was very clean and tidy the information was very informative the staff was very pleasant and helpful the hotel was lovely and clean and tidy will definitely be coming again

How great it was to say here again with Darren and his team in charge. They are a great team that are very helpful and very pleasant to talk too The food was great with a great selection to choose from and the room very clean and tidy so i am looking forward to staying again.

I stay in one of Premier Inns hotels, most weeks of the year. For the last 8 years we have stayed in Derby east hotel 4x per year, with a group of friends. The hotel unfortunately received a 1 star last time from me, this has drastically been changed, due to bringing back Darren, the hotel manager. This manager, knows how a hotel should be ran.

Derby east is back to how it was. Darren and his team manage to give a boutique hotel feeling in a chain establishment. Nothing is too much trouble and the place is much improved with him at the helm. Rooms are clean, food is good, and always available.

The hotel had friendly staff & was in a quiet location good for business travel. It would also be convenient for those travelling to watch the football. Clean room & ample parking was available. Chloe behind the bar was very helpful and made a mean Aperol Spritz!

Great stay at the premier inn. We had dinner and the service was great all evening from the team - Kaira and Chloe delivered great service and chefs Lily and Emelia did a lovely job with the food. The room was a great size and it also had a bath which was ideal for the kids.
