We stopped here for one night to break a long journey. The hotel was easy to find and had ample free parking for guests. Darren made us feel very welcome when we arrived and booked us in in a very efficient manner. We ate in the restaurant that evening where Harry and Riley provided faultless service, and the chef catered to our food allergies without any fuss. Very enjoyable experience!

We had a brilliant stay. Lovely staff - every single one we met had a smile on their face and they were always happy to help. The staff member at breakfast was a particular stand out. Special mention to Darren who went out of his way to search for my phone that had dropped from my pocket when we left. Not only searching the room but then also the car park. Thank you! We will definitely be back next time we are coming that way!

Best Premier we have stayed at. Staff were exceptional, so helpful . Rooms clean, beds comfy, snacks in room for kids. Guy front of house at breakfast deserves a raise. If in the Derby area would recommend, great stop off point if heading south.

Beds and bedding are outstanding. Staff Darren, Laura and Simon, were exceptional. Housekeeping staff were very kind and helpful when my mother with mobility issues was leaving and their trolleys were in the corridor, every single one offered to help.

Hotel has had a change and i enjoy coming here again now. Darren and his team work really hard to support me and other guests. Breakfast is always spot on and the Meal Deal is great value. I always enjoy a pizza in the evening. Rooms are clean and tidy.

Thank you so much Chloe the receptionist for sorting out the Wifi. Rooms were very clean and tidy .Easy access to our rooms and lots of parking space.My family really enjoyed our trip to Derby we will definitely come back here when we are local again.

The staff at this Premier Inn are to be commended for the friendliness and attention to the guests. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and helpful and we would like to give a special mention to Simon, Louisa and Harry. A few things in the room we stayed in are in need of refurbishment but the staff are really doing their best with the situation and it was still super clean.

Stayed here for 3 nights, staff all fantastic,very helpful and friendly, food was good we had evening meal and breakfast,we had their meal deal which was amazing deal 😉 The whole place was clean and very welcoming. Chloe and Simon were very helpful and both had lovely welcome smile 😊 keep up the great work a fantastic team !

I was given a 10+ year old dated room, felt like I’d walked into the 1990s, when the only photos on the website are the newer rooms. Asked politely if I could possibly move, woman on reception rude & just seemed annoyed at me for asking & said they don’t do new rooms (definitely does as I’d stayed in them before a year or so ago) needs to learn some manners. Definitely won’t stay here again now.
