Hotels mit Pools in Derby

There is little to detain even the most inquisitive traveller at Derby which is the frontier settlement at the western end of the Gibb River Road so a night is as much as you’re likely to spend here and the Spinifex is up to the task. The good: our guest room (one queen + one single bed) was clean, spacious, relatively quiet and reasonably comfortable. Everything expected was there and it all worked as expected. The beds were comfortable, the linens clean and were each able to find a pillow we liked. The bathroom was of adequate size and the plumbing mostly worked OK. The included Wifi worked well on all our devices. Meals taken in the main hotel were wholesome and tasty and the service staff were efficient and attentive. The not so good: the Spinifex assuredly offers Derby’s premium lodgings, but they are still more serviceable than desirable. Architecturally speaking, the guest rooms have more in common with a shipping container than traditional hotel or motel rooms and the décor could best be described as spartan. The hot water from the shower in our room suffered from some unpredictable and uncomfortable temperature fluctuations if used during the evening or morning rush hours and the bathroom lighting was adequate for everything except shaving or, I assume, making up.

Wir suchten einen Ort zu essen in Derby, wir haben ein bisschen Forschung und auf dem Boab Inn gebündelt. Wir beide genossen die lokal gefangene Barra ... eine mit Chips und Salat und die andere mit Vegetation. Die Barra wurde perfekt gekocht und die Vegetation und Salat war frisch. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet, aber es ist sehr gut.
