Als ich hereinkam, sah ich einen großen Hund, der sich sehr gut benahm, auch wenn sie ihre Köpfe berührten Tragen Sie Ihr Gepäck und richten Sie das Zimmer ein, sobald wir uns kennengelernt haben, und waren nebenan untergebracht. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und sehr einzigartig. Kinder mögen das Hotelschwimmbad und die Liegewiese sehr, aber das Wetter ist immer noch kalt und es gibt kein Schwimmen. Aber es gibt viele Dinge zum Spielen, wie zum Beispiel Tischtennis und Billard, die ich beim nächsten Mal wieder besuchen werde.

Das Liebeszimmer, in dem ich wohnte, war extrem groß, mit raumhohen Fenstern und einer hohen Kuppel für ein einzigartiges Seherlebnis. Schade war nur, dass die Raumaufteilung etwas umständlich war, aber es hatte keine große Wirkung . Neben den Zimmern und den Mahlzeiten ist der aufmerksame Service der Butler, die uns während des gesamten Prozesses begleiten, ein angenehmes Erlebnis Chuanchuan, der uns proaktiv fragte, ob wir irgendwelche Bedürfnisse hätten, und mir half, mein Gepäck abzuholen und am Abend einen Obstteller zu bekommen, was großartig war!

Es ist durchschnittlich, nur zum Fotografieren, aber ich kann es nicht empfehlen. Ich wollte zunächst keine Bewertung abgeben, aber es ist ärgerlich, dass die Plattform es mir immer empfiehlt.

Die Klimatisierungswirkung ist sehr schlecht und es fühlt sich nur dann warm an, wenn sie fast bis Mitternacht eingeschaltet ist. Als ich nachts eincheckte, erschoss ich mehrere Skarabäen neben dem Bett. Das Sofa war zerfetzt und alles sah schmutzig aus. Beim Einchecken erinnerte mich die Rezeption daran, dass ich nicht ausschlafen könne. Um 6.7 Uhr wurde ich von der Sonne geweckt. Das Check-in-Erlebnis, das mehr als 2.000 kostete, kann man als schrecklich bezeichnen. .

Ein Geschäft mit einem dunklen Gewissen. Das Zimmer soll 90 Quadratmeter groß sein, aber tatsächlich hat es keine. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist auffällig und die schicken Schränke sind nicht nutzbar. Es gibt keinen einfachen Kühlschrank, der dem Zimmerpreis entspricht, und es gibt nur zwei Kleidungsstücke Kleiderbügel. Das Schlimmste ist das Frühstück. Es gibt nur einen Teller Essen und es gibt weder Joghurt noch Obst. Das Grundnahrungsmittel ist sehr ungesund ist in kurzer Zeit gefüllt und fühlt sich überhaupt nicht klebrig an. Kurz gesagt, Händlern mangelt es an Geschäftsethik, also lassen Sie sich bitte nicht täuschen.

Die Hotelanlage ist den Preis nicht wert

Good for taking beautiful photos for the social media but rather poor user experience. Aesthetics of this place are good, some corners are really charming. Still it is the comfort that we value the most in a hotel as well as the quality service and unfortunately they are not at the same level of the aesthetics. The room is huge but there is no sofa or chairs to sit and chat comfortably, just the two enormous heavy armchairs in the opposite corners of this long room. No mini bar/fridge, very poor lighting at the wash basin, impossible to do makeup. Zero privacy in the wc and shower since there are no actual doors there, just some short saloon style doors hanging in the middle, letting out the water from the shower and odors from the toilet. No hangers for the towels. No bathrobes provided which is strange for the hotel who’s main entertainment facility is the outdoor pool. At the outdoor pool there are very few deck chairs and no umbrellas at all. The communication was poor, mostly over wechat, since the staff speaks basically no English. We have asked twice, in advance, about the vegetarian option for breakfast and still they brought us meat in the breakfast set (only Chinese style food is available). Altogether the experience was rather disappointing. Glad to have booked just one night there. As for the surroundings, there is no access to the bamboo forest behind the hotel or across the road. And beware of the aggressive unleashed dogs in the village across the road if you decide to go for a stroll near the hotel.

Beautiful location, you don’t have to leave the hotel as there is a pool, restaurant, games room and beautiful views. Peaceful. Rooms are beautifully decorated and big. The restaurant has limited but tasty food that changes daily - nice Chinese food! Perfect for a couple of days of complete relaxation!

What a wonderful surprise when we arrived to this place. The rooms are all different and very well decorated. The view of the mountains is terrific and the pool is perfect. The menu at the restaurant is not very long but everything we tasted was truly delicious. The staff went above and beyond to help us finding a driver, selecting locations to visit nearby, booking tables and answering questions we had from CDC. They shared their wechat contact at check in and they were very responsive. We had a wonderful stay, our kids too. We highly recommend this place.

The service was super attentive at this hotel, far better than most hotels I've stayed in. The pool was lovely and clean. The building and decor were creative and nicely done. And our room was very big and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was quite good and generous, though it would be nice if they could add a little more variety from day to day (even just cooking the eggs a different way), and the sausage and bacon were definitely Chinese style. Our room also had no door whatsoever on the shower, which I don't understand. Maybe it was artistic, but is there really anyone who wouldn't vastly prefer to have some kind of door on the shower?

Art hotel is beautiful. The grounds are nice however the main road is is a little close. The service is exceptional, we had a person called Charlie help us through our whole stay and he was phenomenal especially in this more tricky times.

Beautiful rooms in a Beautiful setting. The pool is comfortable with some sun loungers. Limited restaurant choices but of high quality. Helpful staff.

Just one word I want to say, Amazing!

一家讓人驚艷的酒店！清明來杭州看劇，順便到莫干山小住兩天，原本想在莫干山感受的幽深的綠意，在山裡沒感受到（景點多少有些過度宣傳了…），卻在芝麻谷酒店裡完成了閉環。可以看出來這個酒店的設計很大膽也很用心，每個房間都有特有的設計風格，古典中式的、歐式的、美式的、東南亞風的、藏族風情的…選房間的時候眼花繚亂，要不是怕麻煩甚至一度想一天換一個風格住~整個酒店的前台接待區和餐廳被各種綠植、中古傢俱擺件以及有趣的雕塑畫作填滿，陽光透過精靈餐廳大大的落地窗撒進來，整個空間在極繁的風格中顯得錯落有致，如同位於東南亞。餐廳搭配的早餐和中餐廳的炒菜都不錯，服務員整體偏年輕，都是很可愛親切的小姐姐小哥哥。管家小玉很周到，主動幫忙拿行李、送東西到房間，介紹遊玩攻略等等，比個心~🩷店裡的貓貓狗狗都養的很好，在風景如畫的地方過着比我愜意的生活，狠狠羨慕了😭
