Great value great location great price. This was our first time staying in the hotel and from arrival until departure, our stay was made extremely comfortable by all staff. The receptionist kindly provided several room shows prior to us deciding on the big suite (unsure room name). It was very spacey and the couch folded out into a small bed for our two children. The suite was very clean and air-conditioning worked well. There was ample space in the cupboards to accomodate our clothes and various travel goods. Cleaners did a great job of cleaning our room each day too. The room had a great view of Depok city and the swimming pool below. The hotel occupies the top few levels of the apartment complex, whilst locals resided in the rest. Elevator access to the hotel is seperated from the residential access with security on ground floor to ensure only guests enter. We loved the breakfast buffet. A large assortment if traditional dishes with western dishes too. Unfortunately I do not know the names of the local dishes but I can attest they were all great. The hotel manager was very friendly and constantly did the rounds in the morning chatting with various guests. A big surprise was that the hotel manager whom we came quite friendly with, discovered it was my wife's birthday during our stay, and on her birthday organised a birthday cake and several staff to sing happy birthday when we came down for breakfast. A very very nice touch. The hotel pool was great. No luxury resort style pool, but a simple pool that was fine for the price of the hotel. Although they advertise a gym. It is only two walking machines. A great advantage of the hotel is that it is connected to a local shopping mall with an abundance of great restaurants and a big supermarket downstairs. It is also centrally located on the main road in Depok, but high enough not to hear any traffic or noise.

Rein und komfortabel Zimmer. Befragt für einen unteren Nichtraucherboden, weil ich früh am Morgen verlassen musste und ich hatte ein Zimmer direkt hinter dem Rezeptor, das mich als ein Einzelgäst sicher fühlte. Rezeptor war untergebracht. Reiniger im Hall half mir zeigen, wie die Tür zu öffnen, wenn ich ein Problem hatte. Das Essen, das ins Zimmer bestellt wurde, wurde frisch gemacht. Der Wachmann half, wenn ich versuchte, einen Taxi am Morgen zu bestellen. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.

Went here on Sunday during 2nd wave pandemic due to business matter, all of the service are ensuring great health protocol. I judged hotel based on their bathroom firstly and it wasnt disappointing. Great and recommended. Kudos to Mr. Anto for his service as a front desk as well.

Not as bad as people review. And the room not as bad as the picture in google. They have a huge swimming pool and the facilities was super complete. Ive talk to the manager they said that they will build mini soccer too. I think its worth to try. And i just walk around 5 mins to go to the biggest mall in town.

War nun öfters in diesem Hotel und war bisher immer sehr vom Service und deren Angeboten zufrieden. Alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dafür das es mitten in Depok liegt hat es europäische Standards und liegt zudem direkt am Einkaufszentrum wo Sie alles bekommen. Also ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Gute Spiele, um außerhalb von Jakarta zu bleiben, schöne Zimmer, Einrichtungen, Lebensmittel und nahezu Zugang zum öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Der Empfänger und Reinigungsdienste sind schön und hilfreich, wird sicher wiederholen Bestellung und empfehlen.

Was für eine tolle Erfahrung, Familienunterkunft in Doppelbaum von Hilton bintaro jaya zu haben. Die Hotelpersonal waren so freundlich (wir haben bei der Eincheckung ein paar nette welt-Cookies) und schnell auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste reagiert, besonders wenn es Probleme mit dem Parkplatz-Zahlungssystem gab. Es wurde jedoch schnell gelöst. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wir haben einen schönen Blick von unserem Zimmer. Das Frühstück war auch süß. Der Pool war sehr sauber und hatte einen tollen Blick. Es hat auch einen kleinen Pool für Kinder und mein Sohn genossen es sehr. Insgesamt war es eine tolle Erfahrung hier zu bleiben. Wir werden sicher wieder hier kommen, wenn wir eine weitere Aufenthaltserfahrung genießen wollen.

Für den Preis und das Zimmer, das Sie erhalten, scheint es geeignet zu sein, ist es sehr schwer für das alte Hotel. Und das Zimmer ist ein bisschen krampft. Aber die Gastfreundschaft der Mitarbeiter ist sehr gut. Freundlich und bereit, jedem zu helfen.
