Came for my daughter’s birthday, upon arrival there was a strong sewage smell, did not go away was worse in the evening; no pool (under maintenance), but would shuttle to another hotel. All ice makers broken/out of service; the sliding door on balcony would barely open/close; the water was only one temp -scalding hot, my kids couldn’t bathe as it was too hot; every time you shut the bathroom faucet off, the pipes would clamor so loud I thought they were going to burst. We ended up booking another room at a different hotel and they wouldn’t refund our stay. The entire hotel needs to be shut down until all repairs are satisfactory. We were so excited to get out of town for a weekend, and after looking at pictures, thought this would be a really fun and relaxing weekend. Never again. I feel sorry for the people working there and having to smell thhat sewage smell all day.
