Quaint 1920s bungalow. 2 smart TVs with Netflix. Free parking & Wi-Fi. Renovated kitchen with modern appliances, coffee machine, Air Fryer & tea kettle. Backyard with a fire pit and grill for small, quiet gatherings. Stackable washer and dryer available in the main hall. We have Window AC units for your convenience. Four blocks from HCA HealthOne (Rose Medical Center), Seven Blocks from National Jewish Health. One block from coffee shops, dining, bars, etc. 5 blocks for shopping & entertainment (9th & Colorado). 5 min drive to City Park, Zoo, Museums. 10 min drive Down Town, Cheesman Park, The Botanic Gardens, Cherry Creek Mall. We follow Covid 19 cleaning procedures. The neighborhood Hale-Bellevue exudes classic and modern charm, The Hale neighborhood is named after General Irving Hale, and there is a mix of diverse architectural styles, from Tudor, to foursquare, to Queen Anne, to the ranch, to cottages and Bungalows. Just around the corner, there are ethnic restaurants on Colfax and other gems at your fingertips such as Marczyk's supermarket, Lilac Coffee Express, Benzina restaurant, City Donuts, Jett Sushi, and Nuggs Ice Cream. You also have the new redevelopment for shopping, dining, and entertainment within only seven blocks away located at 9th & Colorado Blvd. Visit City Park, Denver Zoo, and Denver Nature Museum of Science within only a 5-minute drive, and within 5 more minutes, you are at Denver Botanic Gardens, Cheeseman Park, or Downtown Denver. Charming house, nice neighborhood, great location! No unregistered guests are allowed overnight. Do not sneak in any visitors or guests (Please see Visitor Policy below). * No smoking of any kind on the premises. (this includes indoor/outdoor). * No Parties or Events-*$1,000 fine* * The use of illegal drugs or weapons of any kind is strictly prohibited on the premises. * No Pets. * No loud noises between 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. * Please do not sleep or eat on the living room sofa. * Disrespecting house rules and/or neighbors will be dealt with strongly * If you cause any damage to the home inside or outside, you will be charged for the damages. * Please lock the door with the keypad on your way out and make sure the gas stove is turned off before vacating the premises. *Visitor policy: You are welcome to have a few friends visit during the day. must give the host a heads-up in advance. Visitors are not allowed to bathe/shower, sleep in an unused bed, or otherwise make use of the home other than to use the toilet and wash hands. If you allow this, you will be charged the full price of the listing per person per day. As the booking guest, it is your responsibility to make visitors aware of the house rules and see that they follow them. All visitors, unless otherwise authorized, must vacate the premises by 10pm. *Unruly guests or visitors who violate the above will result in the cancelation of your reservation and will be asked to vacate the premises immediately* Please only utilize the front door coming in and out of the property using the keypad only. Please lock the door by pressing the lock button on the keypad. Keys will not be provided for any lock. The basement is our primary residence along with two dogs & it is not accessible. We will rarely cross paths, but we will ensure this is not an inconvenience for you. Wonderful charming home in a quiet, safe neighborhood.It ended up being only 3 minutes away from where my family lives! Had a nearby Safeway and excellent ice cream parlor (Nuggs).

Medical stay This property was perfect for our purpose. The National Jewish Medical Center is 5 minutes away during high traffic. Groceries are close. Neighborhood is quiet, safe and low traffic. House is in great shape, large front porch and nice back yard. It was very nice.
