"Difficulty checking in, no answers when room got hot at night and the in-unit AC was unresponsive. Went down to the front desk, which was very excellent at assisting with change at checkin details for us- but there wasnt anyone there nor any sign about being in break. I went outside for a drink across the street, and I had a chat with a coworker I ran into at the Caseys gas station and returned a total if 25 minutes after I left the Super 8 and still didnt see anyone. Everything else was perfect but waking up three times in sweats, and calling the front desk two of those times to no avail- was concerning because any of the other time- such as in the morning before check-out; staff was fantastically attentive- but not 24/7"

I got fed up after being assured it was a one off thing and he “never gets complaints about bugs” If you know roaches if there’s one there’s gonna be alot more and so this guy was full of crap. And after asking the guy at the desk for a refund he’s not able to due to their policy it’s non refundable."
