Upon arrival, the welcome was genuine. It didn't give you that uppity, too posh feeling. The valet was pricey but much better than self parking. We were greeted with a glass if champagne upon checkin. Checkin was smooth with no waiting. Our balcony room was nice and clean. It was a bit of a walk. The hotel itself is a lot bigger than it appears to be from the outside. The ballroom and conference rooms are spacious and equipped. Love the fireplaces throughout facility. The pools are beautifully done especially one being at 85 degrees in the winter time. It was sunny and cold but families were enjoying the heated pool. The lobby bar, the restaurants and the fire pits give you that scenic, rustic, resorty style all while being right there on Frisco, TX. Can't wait to return in the spring/summer.

Difficulty checking in, no answers when room got hot at night and the in-unit AC was unresponsive. Went down to the front desk, which was very excellent at assisting with change at checkin details for us- but there wasnt anyone there nor any sign about being in break. I went outside for a drink across the street, and I had a chat with a coworker I ran into at the Caseys gas station and returned a total if 25 minutes after I left the Super 8 and still didnt see anyone. Everything else was perfect but waking up three times in sweats, and calling the front desk two of those times to no avail- was concerning because any of the other time- such as in the morning before check-out; staff was fantastically attentive- but not 24/7

Etwas besser als in anderen Hotels ist der Check-out um 12 Uhr, das Zimmer ist sauber und ruhig. Kein Geruch, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und spezieller Joghurt. Die Lage ist gut, der Parkplatz ist ausreichend und der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr gut. Loben.

Sehr großzügiges Zimmer, nahe Bank, 7-11, kleiner Markt und einige Fast Food Store, gepflegt in der Fußgängerzone.

Zimmer und Klimaanlage waren großartig. Es gab Straßenarbeit, die uns zu zigzag ein wenig zu es zu hoyel veranlasst. Gesamt ausgezeichnet

房間寬大，酒店位置絕佳，周圍有很多餐廳，早餐也很豐盛，大堂也有零食和速食可以買來吃，但唯獨就是感覺酒店比較老了，房間內空氣有點悶，通風不是很好。
