Overall a poor experience. Customer service. Most of the staff are nice and friendly and have the bula spirit, however our stay was tainted by some unfriendly staff at the main restaurant by the pool, which some of the staff don’t want to help providing baby chair and just forgot about the requests after all. The restaurant staff just simply looks very unhappy or tired for some reasons. We have met some very friendly face and lovely staff, but it was unfortunate the restaurant customer service is consistently horrible. Front desk staff shows don’t show the same level of hospitality as to other hotels we stay in Fiji. Room: It’s showing it’s aged but the view is fantastic and room is well equipped and spacious, it suits well for family with a plan to cook. We notified the staff that two of the pendant lights aren’t working on day one. Yet nothing is fixed until check out. Food: We try buffet breakfast and dinners at the main restaurant and also take away from the red Buddha restaurant. Breakfast is pretty standard and average considering it’s Hilton, we stay at many Hilton hotels before, the food is one of the worst experience we had, in particular the buffet dinner, choices are very limited, it’s pretty much just a corner of food , pretty subpar comparing to Sofitel or Sheraton. Overall. With similar price it is hard to recommend this hotel to family especially with kids, the staff seems to have too much trouble to handle the demand of young kids and didn’t stand up to the great Hilton branding which is a bit of a shame. Rooms got beautiful view, foods aren’t great. The only bright spot would be the spacious hotel room.

You will find The Radisson Blu is ideal for your family holidays. Especially if you have children. Above all I found the staff so friendly and welcoming, they have a genuine love of children. The property is clean and tidy and has all the mod cons required of a 5 star resort. While I thought the bathrooms were a little tired (while comparing them to other 5 star bathrooms) they certainly have all that is required for a very comfortable stay. The restaurant options are incredibly at the Radisson and the sprawling breakfast buffet is the best I've had a anywhere. There are so many family kids activities at the Radisson that really don't need to leave it to enjoy a Fiji Holiday. It also has a spa on-site to complete the holiday with relaxing treatments. Every day there is something different on, including Fijian dance, singing, and firehouse.

Amazing! We stayed here as a family of 6. 2 kids and 4 adults. We booked the 2 bedroom villa. Upon arrival the lobby is incredible! The staff played the wooden instrument to welcome us. In the process of checking in my son mentioned it was going to be his birthday in a few days. The staff promptly took us in a golf buggy to our room and shortly after all our luggage was delivered. The 2 bed room villa was AMAZING! The two bedroom were well separated from each other and very large in size. Each had their own bathroom and balcony. Beds were very comfortable. It also had a kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge, utensils etc) and living/dinning room. There was also a washing machine and dryer & a bathtub. The rooms overlooked the gorgeous pool area. Rooms were cleaned impeccably! The grounds were gorgeous!!! The numerous swimming pools were always clean and well maintained. On my son’s birthday the buffet breakfast staff brought out a cake and sang Happy Birthday to my son….. and later in the afternoon the Hotel staff delivered him a birthday cake with a lovely birthday card! The staff really would go above and beyond for their guests. The cocktails & food were amazing! There was security 24/7 walking around. Right at the front of the hotel is a little supermarket with quite reasonable prices. If you’re interested in jet skiing don’t book through the hotel “activity” desk they made it really difficult. Walk over to the other JetSki hire on the way to Radisson…. They were cheaper and a lot easier to deal with. The hotel also had numerous free activities throughout the day. We had the most incredible & relaxing stay and would absolutely recommend it to everyone!

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Resort voller internationaler Kettenhotels. Es ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hafen Denarau entfernt und gleichzeitig der modernste Ort in Nadi. Der Service in diesem Hotel ist etwas gemischt, einige sind großartig und andere fühlen sich cool an. Müssen französische Hotels einen coolen französischen Stil haben? Das Frühstück ist recht reichhaltig und bietet eine große Auswahl an Speisen, darunter französisches, indisches, japanisches Sushi usw. Das Zimmer entsprach nicht den Fünf-Sterne-Standards. Der Toilettensitz war schief. In der ersten Nacht sickerte Wasser durch den Boden. Es war wie bei der Rückkehr der Flut im Süden 😱. In der nächsten Nacht kamen die Ingenieure des Hotels, um das Problem zu beheben Tag. Obwohl trocken und nass getrennt sind, muss der Haartrockner in der Nähe des Nachttisches betrieben werden, was menschenfeindlich ist👎. Darüber hinaus ist der einzige Nassbereich der Badebereich, der klein und halboffen ist. Wasser spritzt heraus wenn du es wäschst. Der Zimmerstandard von 2200/Nacht lohnt sich etwas nicht. Das Schwimmbad ist groß und schön. Viele Leute sonnen sich hier☀️. Man muss früh gehen, um einen guten Platz zu bekommen. Das Meer und der Strand sind durchschnittlich.

A 5 minute walk from port Denarau, spacious 2 storey apartment, comfy beds, easy check in/out, great hotel info detailing local restaurants. a great place for an overnight stay. downside is there's no real cafe/restaurant on site. we went to indian rest at port called Indigo, was the best we've ever had.

Mehr und Sala waren so liebevoll, nett, energisch und geduldig mit unseren Mädchen. Sie liebt es uns zu sagen, was sie neu gemacht haben oder was sie tätigen, und es gab uns Zeit, den Frieden und den Ruhezustand zu genießen und neue Leute zu treffen. Die Zimmer waren so geräumig und zu Hause. Wir hatten 4 Zimmerwechsel während unseres Aufenthalts und jede der Kinder war so aufgeregt, ihr Zimmer zu sehen. Liebe, dass es alles war, was Sie in der Küche brauchen, super hilfreich, als wir zum Markt gingen, um frisches Obst zu kaufen. Das Personal, das Personal sind wunderschön! Wir kamen als Gäste und verließen als Familie. Das Personal verbrachte ihre Pause mit unseren Kindern im Pool, unterhaltete sie, liebte sie, es war eine solche Erfahrung - es zeigte sich offensichtlich, als es Zeit war, sich zu verabschieden, meine Mädchen waren so traurig und gab allen die größten Hummeln. Wir waren so froh, dass wir mit einem Gefallenssong einige Mitarbeiter serenade haben, als wir verließen.Sie haben unsere Reise wirklich so unglaublich gemacht, wir können nicht warten, bis wir am Ende des Jahres zurückkommen. Unsere Familie besucht Fidschi jedes Jahr, aber diese Reise, diese war speziell und so erinnerebar. Vinaka vaalevu Matt, Ziggy, Izzy, Waqa, Kiti, Mere, Sala, Sio und unser Experten-Carver Wise. Wir lieben Sie alle und können nicht warten, bis Sie zurückkommen!

Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, Fiji Wasser trinkt jederzeit, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Umgebung ist großartig und die nationalen Merkmale sind so weiter, die Feuerwehr ist sehr gut, der Pool hat kostenloses Geschirr usw., der Rezeptionservice ist notwendig
