Overall a poor experience. Customer service. Most of the staff are nice and friendly and have the bula spirit, however our stay was tainted by some unfriendly staff at the main restaurant by the pool, which some of the staff don’t want to help providing baby chair and just forgot about the requests after all. The restaurant staff just simply looks very unhappy or tired for some reasons. We have met some very friendly face and lovely staff, but it was unfortunate the restaurant customer service is consistently horrible. Front desk staff shows don’t show the same level of hospitality as to other hotels we stay in Fiji. Room: It’s showing it’s aged but the view is fantastic and room is well equipped and spacious, it suits well for family with a plan to cook. We notified the staff that two of the pendant lights aren’t working on day one. Yet nothing is fixed until check out. Food: We try buffet breakfast and dinners at the main restaurant and also take away from the red Buddha restaurant. Breakfast is pretty standard and average considering it’s Hilton, we stay at many Hilton hotels before, the food is one of the worst experience we had, in particular the buffet dinner, choices are very limited, it’s pretty much just a corner of food , pretty subpar comparing to Sofitel or Sheraton. Overall. With similar price it is hard to recommend this hotel to family especially with kids, the staff seems to have too much trouble to handle the demand of young kids and didn’t stand up to the great Hilton branding which is a bit of a shame. Rooms got beautiful view, foods aren’t great. The only bright spot would be the spacious hotel room.

Wir haben während unserer Reise nach Nadi zwei Hotels gebucht. Zum Glück haben wir zuerst im Sofitel übernachtet. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe der Stadt des Resorts. Es ist sehr praktisch, auswärts zu essen und Seeausflüge zu buchen. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist sehr reichhaltig und das Servicepersonal ist sehr gut. Wir können es am Strand beobachten. Auch wenn es um eine romantische Heiratsszene geht, machen die Vorbereitungen des Hotels die Gäste sehr glücklich. Ich möchte mich besonders bei Ihnen bedanken, als wir die Auslandsreise im Hotel gebucht haben. Da wir am selben Tag ausgecheckt und in das Intercontinental umgestiegen sind, hat uns das Hotelpersonal, das die eintägige Reise gebucht hat, dabei geholfen, eine Möglichkeit zu finden, auf eine andere umzusteigen Nach unserer Rückkehr von der Auslandsreise fahren wir mit dem Bus direkt zum Intercontinental. Die Fahrt mit dem Taxi zurück zum Hotel kostet mehr als 120 Fidschi-Dollar, was zeitaufwändig und teuer ist. Vielen Dank, dass Sie mir eine wundervolle Erinnerung an meine Reise nach Fidschi geschenkt haben.

You will find The Radisson Blu is ideal for your family holidays. Especially if you have children. Above all I found the staff so friendly and welcoming, they have a genuine love of children. The property is clean and tidy and has all the mod cons required of a 5 star resort. While I thought the bathrooms were a little tired (while comparing them to other 5 star bathrooms) they certainly have all that is required for a very comfortable stay. The restaurant options are incredibly at the Radisson and the sprawling breakfast buffet is the best I've had a anywhere. There are so many family kids activities at the Radisson that really don't need to leave it to enjoy a Fiji Holiday. It also has a spa on-site to complete the holiday with relaxing treatments. Every day there is something different on, including Fijian dance, singing, and firehouse.

Amazing! We stayed here as a family of 6. 2 kids and 4 adults. We booked the 2 bedroom villa. Upon arrival the lobby is incredible! The staff played the wooden instrument to welcome us. In the process of checking in my son mentioned it was going to be his birthday in a few days. The staff promptly took us in a golf buggy to our room and shortly after all our luggage was delivered. The 2 bed room villa was AMAZING! The two bedroom were well separated from each other and very large in size. Each had their own bathroom and balcony. Beds were very comfortable. It also had a kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge, utensils etc) and living/dinning room. There was also a washing machine and dryer & a bathtub. The rooms overlooked the gorgeous pool area. Rooms were cleaned impeccably! The grounds were gorgeous!!! The numerous swimming pools were always clean and well maintained. On my son’s birthday the buffet breakfast staff brought out a cake and sang Happy Birthday to my son….. and later in the afternoon the Hotel staff delivered him a birthday cake with a lovely birthday card! The staff really would go above and beyond for their guests. The cocktails & food were amazing! There was security 24/7 walking around. Right at the front of the hotel is a little supermarket with quite reasonable prices. If you’re interested in jet skiing don’t book through the hotel “activity” desk they made it really difficult. Walk over to the other JetSki hire on the way to Radisson…. They were cheaper and a lot easier to deal with. The hotel also had numerous free activities throughout the day. We had the most incredible & relaxing stay and would absolutely recommend it to everyone!

A 5 minute walk from port Denarau, spacious 2 storey apartment, comfy beds, easy check in/out, great hotel info detailing local restaurants. a great place for an overnight stay. downside is there's no real cafe/restaurant on site. we went to indian rest at port called Indigo, was the best we've ever had.

This was the second time we have stayed at the Palms. Will definitely stay again in the future because it is so convenient to Port Denarau. The 2 bedroom apartment is spacious with 2 bathrooms , full kitchen and lounge. We had ground floor which had an outdoor seating area Higher floors had balconies. We walked there from the Port after our 6 days in the Yasawa Islands.

Das Frühstück ist im Grunde jeden Tag das gleiche, der Klang der Klimaanlage ist relativ groß, das Zimmer ist sehr gut, das Haus ist sehr locker, der Hinterhof ist das Schwimmbad, die Kinder sind sehr glücklich.

Had an amazing experience at a Club Wyndham. Facilities were awesome but the customer service from staff was outstanding. Waqa and Richard at reception were amazing! They were always making us laugh and made sure we were well taken care of! Izzy was also outstanding! He taught us about Fijian culture and made our holiday so much fun and educational. These are the type of staff every company needs! Vinaka Waqa, Richard & Izzy! Club Wyndham is very fortunate to have you. You guys are the reason we would return :)
