We had simply the best stay. However, I think there are small areas of improvement. Let's start from the beginning. 1. Amazing staff and everyone who works in this hotel. Super friendly and welcoming. Like all of them go the extra mile to give you the best service. 2. Super clean - spotless rooms and hotel in general. This is joined with the topic above. Housekeepers did their job amazingly. I always judge hotels by bathrooms and damn they were clean. 3. Cool private beach and chill. Usually in Albania, you have to pay for sunbeds but as you're the guest you get it for free. 4. View from the side room was wow. Overlooking Corfu in the evening it was super nice to chill on the balcony. Small feedback from our side. 1. Breakfast was good but it needs a bit of pump up for 4 a star hotel. Every day for 7 days it was 100% the same food. It would be nice to pump it up slightly as the rest of things are up to the standard. 2. Sounds silly but important. The pillows in the room are super thin and hard. I had to sleep on a green decor pillow only because my neck was falling apart. It's a preference of each individual but would be nice to have one fluffy pillow or at least two. Overall amazing experience for the price and an amazing stay. We loved it and will recommend it to our friends.

We spent one night at the Kalemi Hotel. It is an old Ottoman house with a lot of character and charm. The room is very large, very quiet and the view of the city is breathtaking. A very warm welcome, very good breakfast, wifi which works very well...everything was perfect. Only small point, a little difficult to find because the streets of Gjirokastër are quite ”complicated” with a car. But, parking is at your disposal. I especially wanted to warmly thank the hotel staff : I had forgotten a gold chain in the room. I contacted them and they graciously sent it back to my home in France. I found it in my mailbox when I returned. A big thank-you.

Trotz der Lage in der Nähe der alten Seite von Argirocastro, auf der Buchungsstelle wurde auch Parkplatz unter den Dienstleistungen, wenn in der Tat der Weg zum Gebäude ist sehr kompliziert, Wenn Sie nicht ein Ort auf der Straße in Stein und auf der Straße auf sehr scharfen Aufstiegen sind. Außerdem ist diese spezielle Gegend praktisch ohne Parkplätze, und die wenigen hier sind bereits besetzt oder gehalten von den Räumen mit Bodensachen besetzt.. Der einzige Weg, um die Struktur ruhig zu erreichen ist in einem Taxi oder mit einem unerwünschten Bus. Der Junge des Hotels, der uns besonders wütend sah, weil wir uns alle Gepäck aufsteigen mussten, ergriffen von der Barmherzigkeit und vielleicht von der Angst vor einer schlechten Bewertung, Sie brachte mich mit, um den Wagen zu holen und mich an einem seiner Plätze zu parken. Leider wurde mein Auto dann von dem Auto geschlossen, das den Platz besetzt hätte, und dann verhindert, dass wir das Auto später wiederherstellen, wenn nicht am Morgen nach dem Auscheck.. Schöne Struktur, ein schönes Frühstück, aber zumindest würde ich zwischen den Dienstleistungen Parkplatz und kostenlose Parkplätze auf der Straße entfernen, denn das war nicht so! Es würde Transparenz erfordern und darauf hinweisen, dass die Gegend nicht einfach ins Auto zu erreichen ist und dass es wenige Orte in der Gegend gibt, weil ich es zum Beispiel gelesen habe, ich es nicht hätte gewählt, aber zumindest es wäre ehrlich gewesen.
