Given room in basement where no windows and it was a suffocating feeling to stay in the room. even after request they were not able to accommodate in other room. bed is not in good condition

My experience of staying the hotel is outstanding. All the staff are very helpful and their behaviour is satisfactory. Property location is also very very good.

The room wasn’t cleaned at all so cleanliness was a big factor in giving less rating. Also the charging plugs were faulty only one of them was working.

I called 90mns before reaching the hotel but it was not ready intercom was not working. Bathroom was with used soaps. Handwash was not thr. Bathroom lock was half broken. Tv was not working wooden floor had few broken areas mainly near to bathroom which can hurt when coming from bathroom. They kept a bucket and one plastic stand which was dirty. Basic hygienic should be taken care. I don't have, but if you go and check room no 221, you can see all these details. One more thing they are not keeping a water heater in the room itself

The stay was very nice. Rooms are very spacious. the only issue is there are no windows. but the rooms are big enough so you wouldn't face that much issues. The area in which it is located is pretty nice. It's in South Delhi.

Felt like it was a 2nd world war bunker. No ventilation, furniture decaying, fittings falling. Cramped space. Non responsive front desk. Its a scam. Not sure why has mm t kept it on its page? i paid 4000 a night n i guess i would have got a better place for 1000. Was absolute waste of money.

Location was good. Room was big. But place was cold. Earlier it may have been a great place to live but now seems decaying

Very old property with dirty bed covers, plug points nowhere close to the bed, no tea/coffee machine in the room sagging mattress (in the so called super deluxe room, extremely disappointing breakfast and not even tables/chairs to sit and have breakfast (guests were being asked to sit on the sofas in the reception area to have breakfast) - the whole experience gave a feeling of being transported back into the past by about 50-60 years! how could mm t put this kind of worn out and badly maintained properties in their list and charge high tariffs? for the first time in my four decades of extensive travel both within & outside the country, i felt highly cheated by the whole experience. When i asked the manager why they were not renovating the place, he said they have no time to get it done! highly avoidable place even for a short stay.

Terrible experience as the room was really dirty with a mouse found in the room! neither the kettle was working nor the room telephone to contact the reception. The rooms are rustic and really old-built. In no way was it looking like a hotel which is being cleaned every day.
