We were really disappointed with this hotel. Our room was in a separate building and was small and not very clean, especially the shower area and it had an awful smell, masked by a stong air freshener. Our outlook was a concrete wall and we had a small door leading onto a ledge where pigeons spent their time flapping and cooing and creating lots of noise. We ate in the restaurant and the food was OK, more like takeaway food but again the restaurant had a horrible damp smell and was very dated and not that clean. The pool was empty and in a state of disrepair, which was disappointing as it was one of the reasons we chose the hotel in the first place. The general maintenance of the hotel wasn't great with damp patches etc throughout. The staff were fine in the restaurant area but in other areas if not unhelpful they certainly weren't particularly helpful. We were supposed to come back to this hotel for a further 3 nights but asked our agent to cancel. This place needs some work.

Stayed in Rockland Hotel with a group of friends and left satisfied. Rooms were clean and comfy with a modern vibe, the staff was very helpful as well. Good budget friendly option for a city stay in Delhi- close to all prime locations in the city. Would recommend.

Pool not working even though advertised due to be repaired 2025, hotel room smelt of style smoke even though advertised as no smoking, room filthy requested to be moved and given a room just as dirty, checked out after one night amd changed to another hotel, complained and mgt not interested. Do not book this hotel or if you can cancel. Worst hotel I have stayed in india

Stayed at Rockland hotel for a week. This is my second time' at the property and had a very comfortable stay.The hotel is very accommodating and is located in a prime location, complimentary breakfast was of a decent spread. I was put up at one of their newly renovated room which was of a good size and very clean.

No hot water. No toilet paper. Complained about 5 times and nothing was done. Numbers for house keeping and room service don't work. This is our first time in India and we chose to stay here on the first night and regretting it. Very disappointed!

i stayed with my family for 1 day.overall experience was great. breakfast was average. we were ok with deluxe beds but the lift facility was average.Staff was friendly.The location was great , easily accessable for all the delivary partners. Outside food is not permitted. IT was a great experience but average for the price since same facilities can be available for smaller price.

Not a hotel shady place didn’t like it over there such a shady place rotten walls, smelly food , and what not no hot water won’t recommend anyone to be there get yourself a oyo it would be more justified your money rather than this shady place eww
