Zone Connect by the Park Saket New Delhi

Nice hotel. Clean rooms, well organised. Breakfast spread was awesome, live counter has a variety of options to choose from. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. They packed some breakfast food for our infants. Would surely recommend to family and friends.

I really liked my stay at The Zone Connect in Saket, it was such a change of pace from the city centre - Connaught Place I'm talking about here. There was just a couple of niggling issues I don't expect at this price point, I paid around £100 for one night and this hotel classes itself as 4 star. The in room fridge didn't work, surely someone would notice that the contents (including a Kit-Kat gone a bit soft), weren't cold? Also, the a/c didn't have a remote control but thankfully, the room was kept really cool all night. And did I see a notice down at reception saying there would be a Rs5000 fine for any one bringing food or drink into the premises? I must have been hallucinating, anyway good luck with enforcing that fine...I did actually drinking water/Pepsi back into the hotel and was seen doing so, no one questioned me but I would have told them about the fridge if they stopped me. (There's a hole in the wall shop just out side the hotel selling cigs and cold drinks, very handy). Bed was very comfy, reception, security staff all polite etc, loved the rainfall shower with instant hot water...ample plug sockets near the desk. B/fast - I didn't try as I left early so can't comment on that. All in all a good night over, I would definitely shortlist this hotel again if I'm in the area, Saket is still quite far from the airport but it's a safer, nicer place than CP.

We had a wonderful stay at Zone Connect by the Park, specially the breakfast fast had great options, the staff was extremely hospitable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall we had a wonderful stay. Must recommend hotel in terms of food, service and location.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and i must say, it was an outstanding experience! the staff were incredibly cooperative, polite, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. They accommodated my special requests with ease and made sure i felt comfortable throughout my stay.

The stay was wonderful and the food can be more improved we would like for more varieties and the stay was perfect mention for dip-ti gr.

Overall it was a good experience. Bablu from room service was very accommodating, helpful and welcoming. Wi-Fi was not working for 14 hours. Other than that, staff dealt with most queries fairly quickly. Rooms/towels/bed linen were not as clean as we could have hoped but passable.
