The Lazy Patio Homestay

I booked this place to stay with my friends, and took a 2 bed room, which had two queen beds, and a ensuite shower. The view is just awesome, and it's a great staycation, if only the minor details are taken care of. I wouldn't mind staying there again with my friends, if a few things mentioned below are fixed. If I go there again, just for the view. As the car parking is around 100 meters away from the place, initially, the host informed that the caretaker will help with the luggage, and carry it to our rooms on the 4th floor. But upon checkin, the caretaker asked us to bring all our luggage ourselves till the ground floor of the building. Not only that, we had to carry half our bags ourselves and climb up 4 floors with it. After a long travel, this was so painful. The host misguided us to book his place, giving false pretenses. After checkin, there are no towels, adequate pillows, bedsheets provided. We had to use our own stuff. Very uncomfortable. The shower room is just super misled, In the bathroom, there is very very low water pressure, and it just destroys your day when you don't have a good shower in the morning. No buckets provided in bathrooms. As for the stay overall: Pros: 1. Located in Hauz Khauz, which is perfect. 2. Staff is very well mannered, and guide properly about the address and resources. 3. Breakfast is available on payment basis. 4. The Patio area is just awesome, super clear views and picture perfect. Cons: 1. Far away from the car parking, almost 100 meters. 2. The place has 4 floors of stairs to climb 3. Disgusting water pressure in room showers. 4. No amenities provided at all, towels, face wash, adequate bedsheets, nothing.
