We had a work conference here over the weekend, so no choice in where we stay as there was a block rate for rooms. From pictures it looked like it was going to be a very nice stay in a good location close to Polaris. Parking is very slim here when there are multiple conferences going on and we had to park in the overflow lot several times. When we checked in the clerk was very friendly and we had no issues. We had a King Suite w/ Sofa Sleeper Room. The room was average at best, the carpet didn't look like it had been swept with crumbs and such on it. The bed was hard as a rock with lumpy pillows (probably the worst 3 nights of sleep I have had in a long time). The A/C/Heater is so loud its like an airplane coming into land and woke us up every single time it kicked on. It was so bad the 3rd night we slept with it completely shut off. The bathroom was very small and I had no hot water when showering for the 3 days I was here. I feel like they dont have a large enough water heating system to properly supply hot water when the hotel is at capacity which it was this weekend. The water pressure was also weak and hard to rinse the soap of your hair or body. It is not ideal on how the bathroom is set up either as I needed to be up early for my conference daily while my family was trying to sleep. There is no door in the sink area so you have to blind the rest of the room to get ready, there is only a small pocket door that closes for the shower and toilet. Poor design if you're traveling with others. The conference facilty is across from the hotel section and you have to walk outside to get there. There were multiple conferences going on and we were in the rear portion, the conference area is clean and well maintained. The chairs were extremely uncomfortable and we had no tables which made for two days of classroom learning pretty miserable, not sure if the hotel it to blame or our organization on this one, but other rooms appeared to have nicer chairs and table set up. The food that was served for the conference was excellent quality and there were always cold and hot drinks available which was very nice. The Bar area was huge and poured good drinks, the worst part again is it is not connected to the hotel and you do have to walk outside to get there. The Fitness Center was great and had everything you could need for a hotel gym, treadmills, bikes, elliptical, water machine, towels etc. Overall I would not choose to stay here for a trip unless it was necessary for the conference as the hotel room quality was not up to par.

We used reward points for this stay and it was a great value. The hotel was easily accessible off the interstate and was close to a mall; and a Costco was located across the street. We asked for a two queen bed suite and the room was outstanding. We had lots of room, a couch, and two flat screen televisions. There were plenty of plugs for our electronic devices and a Keurig coffee maker in the room. I would give this hotel a 6 plus if allowed.

Ich kann wirklich nicht mit einer einzigen Frage kommen, das ist, wie gut dieses Hotel ist! Ich möchte mit den Erwartungen beginnen, dies ist in einem halbkostenreichen Gebiet von Columbus und ich hatte eine 1 King, 1 Schlafzimmer Suite für einen Umzug aus $130. Inkludiert in das war ein kostenloses Frühstück. Viele Male, niedrige Preise gibt es aus einem Grund, nicht hier. Alles über meinen Aufenthalt war perfekt. Die Lobby, die gemeinsamen Bereiche, das Hof, das Fitnesscenter und das Geschäftszentrum wurden alle gut gepflegt und eingerichtet und waren nie zu viel zu besetzt. Sie haben einen Innenpool, aber es wurde für Wartung geschlossen. Massen Thumbs bis zur IHG Website, die das während der Buchung sehr klar gemacht. Was die Mitarbeiter betrifft, war jeder, mit dem ich gesprochen hatte, super freundlich und nett. Das Frühstück war großartig und die Hallen waren auch gut. Was die Sicherheit betrifft, benötigt jede Tür einen Schlüssel, und die Lobby tut zwischen bestimmten Zeiten. Zusätzlich haben Sie die Standard-RFID, und flip out-Verriegelung, auf der Tür aufgestellt. Das Zimmer hatte keine Reinigungsprobleme, eine komfortable Sofa, wunderbares Bett, schönes Badezimmer und Küche. Das Schlafzimmer/Badezimmer war von dem Wohnzimmer/Küche/Eingang durch eine Tür getrennt. Auch dies ist klein, aber sie haben tatsächlich Duschegel in die Dusche gelegt!! Geblieben letzte Donnerstag- Samstag und wir hatten eine tolle Erfahrung. Angela am Frontdesk war super hilfreich und freundlich. In der Tat war das gesamte Personal wirklich wunderbar. Pros: -Reine Zimmer -Wäre für Familien empfohlen -Große Frühstücksoptionen (Käse, Omelette, Sauce, Hasenbraunen, Pancakes, Cinnamon rolls, Bagels, Englisch Muffins, Yoghurt, Getreide) - Pool-Bereich ist ausgezeichnet. Ich denke jedoch nicht, dass es am besten für 1.5 Jahr alt ist (wie alt meine Tochter ist). Es gibt einen Schritt nach unten, um ins Wasser zu kommen, und das schwache Ende ist noch ungefähr 1-1.5 ft tief, so dass nicht viel von einem Bereich, in dem ein Toddler einfach in schwachem Wasser sitzen könnte ( 0-6 Zoll) und nur um. Würde das Beste für nur ein schwacher älterer Kinder arbeiten. Alle Kinder, die ich im Poolbereich sah, hatten einen Blast und sie sahen aus 5- frühen Jugendlichen überall zu sein. - Sie haben ruhige Stunden von 10p-7am - Mikrowelle und Mini-Kühlschrank im Zimmer Cons: - Das Wasser war kalt :( wenn Sie in den Poolbereich gehen, es fühlt sich wie das Wasser wird warm, aber es war super kalt. Ich denke, jedes Mal haben wir nur etwa 1/2 Stunde im Poolbereich verbracht und meine Tochter wollte nicht im Pool sein, weil es so kalt war. Sie hatte eine purpur/blaue Tinte für sie wegen ihres Kühls. Lage: Ich denke, es ist eine tolle Lage für Polaris. Es ist jedoch nicht auf der gleichen Seite wie der Mall. Es gibt begrenzte Möglichkeiten für einen Spaziergang in einem nahe gelegenen Restaurant. Ich vermute, Sie könnten mehr Möglichkeiten haben, wenn Sie nicht gedacht, zu gehen und Wetter zuzulassen. Die nächste Option ist Bonefish Grill und es ist über die Länge eines Fußballfelds weg. Es gibt andere Optionen auf dem Weg, auf den Sie sicher gehen könnten. Es ist super nah an Ikea und TopGolf.

We travel to Columbus 3-4 times/year to visit family and have stayed at several places near the airport including twice at this place. The previous stay here was some time ago and it was average at best but thought we'd give it another try for this visit of 6 nights. Not much has changed. The breakfast was sub-par for 5 mornings; cold scrambled eggs, partially cooked potatoes, ketchup and hot sauce only condiments available, omelets were terrible, choice of grape or grape jelly for toast, and one choice for a dry muffin with no other options for pastries. The check-in sheet says housekeeping upon request but that for guests staying 4 nights or longer a full clean will automatically be conducted every 5th day. Our room was never cleaned and we had to request clean towels twice before we were able to get them. On the plus side most of the staff were very friendly.

Das Zimmer war im Hintergebäude und wurde neu renoviert, aber wir kämpfen, um unsere Gepäcktasche durch 5 Türen zu bekommen, bevor wir in unser Zimmer gekommen sind. Wir fanden, dass es auf zusätzliche Sicherheitsmaßnahmen zurückzuführen war, als sie in allen Außeneingängen geschlossen wurden, und anschließend Gebäudeeingänge. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, alles war akzeptabel sauber.

The WiFi didn’t work. The breakfast was late not a good selection. Coffee was old. I’ve stayed here before it has gone downhill since July
