Nice quiet hotel. Room are comfy, ac's work good (its florida summer time so super important). Front desk is excellent. Nicki is OMG so good. I came for a night, extended with Nicki, next day extended with nicki over and over. I think I've spend 10 days or so. I'm not sure if she is front desk or sales manager but she the nicest hotel staff memeber I have met in a long time. So long as shes there I'll keep staying. Having someone know your name when you walk in and your preferences is so important at picking a longer term hotel.

The toilet kept running each time it was flushed which I had to fix. The t.v. would not work, went downstairs, they gave me another remote, still didn't work, went back downstairs and they screwed around with batteries, which didn't seem to be the problem because it worked for the t.v. downstairs. They came up to our room and changed the plug from one socket in the outlet to the other. Apparently, that is the problem with the t.v. often but they have no clue as to why. Next night, t.v. didn't work again but I fiddled with the power ***** switch and the plug and got it to work myself. And then there was the key card that took forever to work and then it didn't. We were told you can't have the key card next to a watch or your phone or it messes it up, but the key was in my purse, in a separate compartment not even close to my phone. This place is pet friendly so that's why we stay here, but it turns out the Hampton Inn, which is in the same area, is also pet friendly so I think we will be trying that on our next visit to DeLand. Evey time we stay here there is problems. Last time they had no food left for breakfast at 9, even though breakfast is till 10. They didn't have a lot of choices this time around either.

Das neu eröffnete Hotel ist das fortschrittlichste Hotel in dieser kleinen Stadt. Rund um die Hauptstraße ist es sehr lebhaft. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Der allgemeine Parkplatz ist praktisch. Der Service ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist wirklich still. Es wird empfohlen, die Frühstückstür nicht zu schließen. Viele Geschäfte können dies empfehlen. Heimhotel

Unser Aufenthalt Thanksgiving 2021 Covid Protokolle waren in der Lage, sehr gut. Sauber! Sicherheit war groß, da Deland einige Probleme mit Obdachlosigkeit und ein paar Leute versuchen, es auf den Straßen zu machen. Einige waren etwas aggressiv. So wurde die Sicherheit geschätzt. Dieses Hotel (nur ein von zwei) auf der Hauptstraße in DeLand (die andere ist der Hofhof von Marriott am entgegengesetzten Ende der Hauptstraße - Woodland). Der Artisan ist die Beste Option in allen Bereichen - Lage, Nahrungsmittel und Getränke, Unterhaltung! Wir reservierten eine Suite, hier im Artisan Downtown. Es war schön, mit einem kleinen Wohnbereich mit einem Sofa, einem Desk und einem kleinen Kühlschrank. Die Suite hatte ein Queen Bett, (Vielleicht zu weich) und schöne scharfe weiße Blätter. Zwei Telefone - ein im Wohnzimmer und ein im Schlafzimmer. Das Badezimmer - SUPER weiße Griff handtücher und wir wurden mit zwei GREAT-Badewanne und zwei Paar Slips ausgestattet! Kaffee und Tee sind im Zimmer für keine zusätzliche Gebühr verfügbar. A+ Das einzige Low-Point für uns - die „hochend“ Ausstattung - sie waren schrecklich - chinesische Seife, die nicht wirklich dauern würde. Wir haben tatsächlich für Alternativen in der Stadt gekauft. Nur ein Vorschlag für die Verwaltung - bitte ersetzen Sie Seife und Badebekleidung oder bieten Sie keinem. Bessere Badebekleidung wäre besser als die schönen Slips. Die Seife waren so schlecht, dass wir in der Stadt für Alternativen gekauft haben. Nice Cuban café in der Lobby (großes Frühstück) sowie eine große Bar mit Live-Entertainment beider Nächte, die wir dort waren (am Wochenende). Die Bar hat GREAT Atmosphäre und VERY faire Preise($5-10). Für $200 pro Nacht ist dies eine viel bessere Option als die Marriott (jeden Tag). Periode. Der Deland Marriott Courtyard war gut (B+++), wirklich gut, aber nicht so gut, wie der Artisan in unserer Meinung, ein solides A. Unser Go-to in Deland. Sie werden nicht enttäuscht.
