It was great, management was very responsive to what we needed. Missed getting our room cleaned a couple times, 1 time, it was partially our fault for not putting right sign on door. Followed the instructions and still missed another day.
Also, besides the first day, the cleaning staff neglected to leave new cups for coffee,
Clean water and wine glasses.
There was one girl on staff we happened to see in the lobby that gave us a lot of information on Del Mar, and what was available, recommendations, etc, wonderful!
The receptionist didn't seem to know a whole lot about the town or activities just pointed in the direction of place to scan in lobby.
Very young, that close to the track staff should know a little about it and/or current events, she did her best but that wasn't quite enough.
Also, Not having even a minimal kitchen or microwave is kind of a minus.
Would definitely stay there again really enjoyed ourselves!Complimentary
