Ich wohne in vielen Hotels...meist Marriott. Dieses Hotel erfüllt nicht den Marriott Standard. Wir prüften am späten Flug den ganzen Tag und fast verlassen und fanden irgendwo anders, aber beschlossen, weil wir so müde waren zu bleiben. Ich bat den Empfangsmann, uns ein ruhiges Zimmer zu geben, er sagte, er würde und es wäre ein hoher Stock. Das Zimmer war auf der 5er Etage (nicht hoch), direkt vor den Aufzügen. Sie hatten eine Familienversammlung und eine Konferenz statt und um 11 Uhr war es so laut! Das Zimmer war nie cool, und das Bett war schrecklich! Wie ich schon sagte, ich bleibe meist in Marriott und liebe die Matrix, aber das war nicht die normale Matrix von Marriott. Es schien auch, als wäre es aktualisiert worden, aber wer dieses Modell gemacht hat, hat schockierende Arbeit geleistet.

Dieses DoubleTree Hilton Hotel ist der Inbegriff für Kundenservice, beginnend mit exzellentem Personal, tollen Betten und Essen. Das Personal hat eine ”Wie können wir Sie zufrieden stellen?” - Herangehensweise und Einstellung von der Rezeption über die Zimmerreinigung bis hin zu den Restaurant-Servern.

The cleanliness and comfort of the room was awesome. It was easy to find and very close to where I was needing to be. Waffles were great too. Would definitely recommend this hotel for business or pleasure. Just the right distance outside of Atlanta.

I want to say that the five stars for this review are almost entirely because of the customer service we received from Brandon, who was working the front desk when we checked in and each night we stayed at this hotel. My boyfriend and I live in Hilton Head, South Carolina, and came to Atlanta for my birthday. I have been vacationing in Atlanta for years and this has always been my hotel of choice to stay at when I am there. This time, there was an issue with the first room we checked into and when we informed Brandon he more than compensated for the problem, including moving us to an upgraded room. I wish I could stop the review here but to do so would not be giving a fair and honest account of our stay. As previous recent reviewers have stated, the rooms are in desperate need of renovation/updating. The room we were moved to was very nice and the bed was so extremely comfortable that we wanted to take it with us. In fact we were so pleased with the customer service we got from Brandon that we ended up deciding to stay an extra night when we had only planned on staying one night. However, I did discover black mold on the ceiling above the toilet and water continuously dripped from the shower head in the shower, which I'm sure is costing a fortune for the hotel. The breakfast staff was super friendly and the breakfast was excellent. We also received two free drinks for my birthday and this is where I feel that I need to address what happened. When my boyfriend and I went to the hotel bar to redeem our drinks, the female bartender acted annoyed and immediately let us know without us asking that the drink coupons were only good for house wines, house liquors and domestic beer. There were a few hotel patrons sitting at the bar at this time. We ordered two house brandies and the bartender used a jigger to measure the liquor out for our drinks and discovered she was a little short on the second drink. She turned and asked me if that was okay to which my boyfriend asked her if she could just pour the little extra into one drink and then one of us would get something else, and we would even pay the difference. She was not happy with this, so much so that another customer asked her what the problem was to which she replied that we were getting ”free drinks”. I have been a bartender for the past 18 years and I'm still currently a bartender and talking about tips or how somebody is getting something discounted or free is something that you never do because it's unprofessional, especially talking to other customers about it. She ended up just embarrassing herself because before we came down from our room to get our drinks I had calculated a good tip for her and despite the incredibly rude service I still left the tip for her, which came out to a 25% tip if we were to have ”paid” for the drinks. Das Hotel ist in der Regel sehr gut. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet! Was ich nicht mag, ist $20 pro Tag für Parkplätze zu zahlen und zu zahlen $4.95 pro Tag für Wi-Fi.

The property was extremely clean. Service was excellent while checking in. Breakfast was very good and tasty. The room we stayed in was very nice. Valentines made 24 years being married. So being at the beautiful hotel was a plus.

Nach der Ankunft waren wir warm willkommen von der freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Viele Alternativen zum Frühstück! Wir wurden König w/jacuzzi zugewiesen, das Bett war komfortabel und das Zimmer war geräumig.Gut entspannende Pause! freundlich, willkommenes Personal, sehr gute Lage. Das Hotel ist alt und könnte mit einiger Renovierung, aber es scheint, dass diese Frage behandelt wird. ”
