The stay was great. Neat and clean hotel. Staff behaviour was good. Location is the best part and secondly the food. Value for money.

strategic location astley hall and rajpur road.
looks pretty and well maintained rooms were small, the 240sqft i booked felt smaller,i maybe wrong and the bathroom were a little disappointing. no hot water,turn the knob in whichever direction you want to the hotel personal were very nice and helpful
overall we had two night stays with my family while on a visit to our relatives.
can do better
i will book this place again,they still need to improve their interiors 👍

When I booked room online they give me very bad room. very small very unhygienic with no internet. Bed sheets are very dirty room no 16. there is a cockroach in cupboard. When I complain they said u can upgrade room but u have to pay extra for that. I pay 1200 rs extra for room on 3rd floor with no lift. Rooms in front of hotel have so much traffic noise.

Room No. 16 was the room we were given once we arrived at the hotel . It had no view .. it overlooked an alley Gutter . The room had stained bed sheets and no internet/ Wifi. So within 15 mins we decided to either check out or request for an upgrade. We paid extra and moved to a better room . Which was a bit larger and cleaner. Due diligence required while booking and during check in required. The hospitality at the hotel was average. And house keeping could be improved.

Centrally located hotel. Well maintained and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. The in house restaurant served good food, be it Continental, Chinese or Indian. Had a room facing Rajpur Road. A good place for family and business travellers. Not noisyconsidering it's location.

Rooms are ok ok but service is poor and breakfast was worst. They don’t have buffet and in “a la carte” they have only 1-2 option and quality of food was horrible
