A great place for WFM. Good and reliable 5G network, even better than cities. Small bouquet property with lots of customization as per guests need. Rooms are spacious with open garden next to rooms. Local folk dance and music arranged on weekends are absolute delight. A good place for bird watching and star gazing.

Pros: 1. lot of open space in front of cottages with well maintained lawns. 2. Decent options for recreation (pool table, basket ball, tt etc. 3. Cottages are basic but cozy and hygienic. 4. Ease of accessibility and dedicated parking. 5. Homely food with options to customize. 6. They are first of few properties at chakrata so lots of experience and knowledge about the area. Comes very handy when planning a trip with family. Cons 1. Difficult to make booking as they are not very prompt in taking calls. But yes once you have made the booking they are available 24 by 7. 2. They cater mainly to families. So yes if you are a group of friends looking out for late night parties this is not a place for you. We had a wonderful time at the property. We look forward to visit them again in summers.

Overall great experience. Food is just like home made . .Hospitality is superb 5/5 Rooms are spacious Staff is very cooperative . Whatever we ask them they try to provide us . We stay their other property also .Green canvas resort it is in koti kanasar. It's also very good .

Beautiful bouquet property located in a peaceful location. Food is delicious and homely. Staff servicing the resorts are locals and friendly. They have a dedicated recreation area which has pool table, table tennis and other board games.
