Sunbright Inn

I don't think I've stayed in a cleaner, better renovated historical space than the Sunbright Inn! WHAT A TREAT and a treasure! From well-appointed, modern bathrooms to a cozy commons area and the easiest check-in/check-out process ever, While the views are not great, the interior far makes up for it!

We stayed in the chateau suite! Its absolutely beautiful! They are very accommodating, eventhough they are not always on site. Very relaxing and unforgettable place!

Exquisitely restored and furnished boutique hotel. The beauty of the interiors is awesome and it’s a few blocks away from the Circle Road around the lake. Coffee in the room and lobby. Cutie Pie shops. One star is missing because we never saw or met a human on site. It was all booked on-line with gate and room codes. The owners left their numbers for questions, which we had and got answers. But no greeters. We did get a bag with muffins though. Will probably stay again.

Am I making a mistake by not keeping this place a secret? This isn't just any place; it’s a gem I discovered on my own after a lot of searching, and I still seriously wonder if sharing it with the world is a good idea. I had my reservations at first because it’s a house, but it is so incredibly beautiful that my wife actually cried when she saw it inside..! Compared to the last 20 hotels I’ve stayed at, this one beats them all by a long shot. Communication is excellent, and the cleanliness is impeccable. It is simply spectacular, but now I’m terrified that by posting and talking about it too much, I won’t be able to get a room the next time I’m in the area! If the owners are reading this, please take pity on me and guarantee me a spot! I congratulate you...!

excellent house - outstanding! clean, designed, atmospheric. security code gets you in gate, front door and your room, total feeling of safe! heather was very patient when i screwed up my reservation twice and was charming when we arrrived showing us around the property and all features of our delicious room (the library on third floor with turret room)

What a wonderful place. Truly beautiful . It felt like a brand new place and was amazingly clean. The perfect place to go if you are in the area. Or not. Guaranteed that you will be sending pictures to others where you are staying.

Stayed in the Chautauqua Suite it was divine! Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Loved the bathtub! The decor, the atmosphere and the hosts were incredible. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to stay again sometime.

Lovely inn with great decor, comfortable beds, plenty of supplies. Limited space to put clothes (our room had no dresser and only a few hangars in the huge bathroom) but for our 3 night stay we didn’t need to unpack. Other rooms do have dressers

The Inn is lovely. Restored wonderfully to include updated ammenities. The shower is huge with great water pressure. The king size four poster bed was very comfortable. Be aware that the bed is very high and you have to use a step stool in order to get in and out of bed. Everything you need so far as food is only a block or two away in the quaint downtown area. There is secure parking. The owners are just a phone call or text away should you need them. We would definitely stay here again. It hands down beats any other lodging choice in the area.
