Arrived @ hotel @ 8 pm, no one @ reception, waited 15 min then used cell to call front desk. Female clerk then came to check us in. Subsequently informed us there was nothing but handicapped rooms available in rooms with king bed. When we inquired about a reg room with 2 double beds instead, was told it wasn’t what we reserved & would cost extra. No apologies, no nothing. Horrible experience, especially for a Marriott Bonvoy member.
