Wundervoll eingerichtetes Hotel, warme Empfang, mit sehr verständlichem Personal. Hunde werden daher nur dafür akzeptiert, danke. Wir haben unseren sehr kurzen Aufenthalt zu schätzen, der für uns ein großes Ruhestand war. Wir werden nicht zögern, zurückzukehren.

Das Hotel liegt buchstäblich 6 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und 10 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Alle anderen Orte sind in und um. Das Hausbetreuungspersonal ist unvermeidlich, das Rezeptionspersonal ist hilfreich und freundlich und Sie können Ihre Werte ohne Zweifel verlassen. Einzig fehlende ist eine Minibar und eine Safe, aber immer noch dieses Hotel ist jeden Penny wert.

Sehr zufrieden mit dem neu eröffneten Hotel. Direkt am Meer, wenn Sie alleine fahren, gibt es Parkplätze am Hotel und daneben. Da ich im Winter dort war, gibt es nicht viele Touristen, die Erfahrung ist sehr gut, aber wenn es Sommer ist, wird geschätzt, dass es viele Leute geben wird. Das Hotelfrühstück befindet sich im 5. Stock und die Qualität ist sehr gut. Es gibt auch viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Schließlich ist es Winter und nur wenige haben geöffnet, aber wenn sich die Gelegenheit bietet, werde ich wieder hier übernachten.

Auch zu sehr später Stunde begrüßt das aufmerksame Personal Gäste herzlich in englischer Sprache. Die Lobby und der Aufenthaltsraum wirken offen, einladend und gerade nicht nüchtern wie man es von einem Ibis Hotel erwarten könnte. Die 1 1/2 etagigen Familienzimmer mit Doppelbett in der oberen Etage und 2 Einzelbetten in der unteren Etage begeistern durch Gestaltung und Einrichtung Eltern und Kinder. Schöner Blick durch kleines Fenster und vom kleinen Balkon aus auf den Yachthafen. Innenstadt und Strand von Deauville sind fußläufig in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

A very friendly and welcoming team are there to begin your stay. A very well-maintained hotel with beautiful furnishings and the staff could not have been more helpful. We were shown personally to our room having been given a tour of the hotel facilities ie the restaurant, soma and pool. The room was ample in size (a superior room on the fourth floor) and the bathroom /shower room was very generous. There was a wonderful view over the golf course snd open air swimming pool. We decided to enjoy the three course meal in the restaurant. The food was outstanding. Plenty of choice to suit all palettes. The staff could not have been more attentive and helpful and made the evening feel very relaxed and enjoyable. Breakfast was of a first-class standard with a choice of freshly-cooked eggs. My husband has never had such beautifully fried eggs ( fried in cacao butter - much healthier!). Outside of Deauville but only a few minutes drive away to tranquility and peace with a magnificent view over the town of Deauville, the beach and the bay. Totally and highly recommend staying here.

We first stayed at the Hotel Mercure in Trouville-Sur-Mer as part of a package deal through Brittany Ferries in August 2022, and our experience was so positive that we decided to return for 4 nights arriving Monday 7th August 2023, again through a Brittany Ferries package: We were not disappointed with our decision to return! As before, the hotel was clean, and our room was cleaned daily, and the location of the hotel is superb, just 2-5 minutes walk to the beach, and within minutes (or seconds!) walk of lots of local restaurants. A walk (or ferry) to Deauville, and the beach/boardwalk there is definitely recommended, but please see my previous review in August 2022 for more information on location, and on the hotel itself. However, the main thing which made us feel so happy to return was the staff at the hotel. All of the staff we encountered at Reception were both friendly and helpful. All spoke excellent English, although occasionally my wife would ask if she could practice her French, which was always agreed to, and then embarked on a conversation in French about various things, including our usual need for milk each day for our tea. (Du lait, s’il vous plaît, pour le thé. Nous sommes Anglais!). Specific thanks this year go to Lindsay for her help and patience, although, as stated above, all Reception staff are thanked! We again emphasise to the reader the advantage of booking through Brittany Ferries as this yields a very good saving compared to booking both the ferry and the hotel independently. Overall, again, a very enjoyable stay, and we hope to come back soon! Merci beaucoup!!

We really liked it here when we arrived. The apartment was a good size, it was clean, there were lovely walks in the area, there's a bowling alley within walking distance that we intended to go to, we were happy. Until we encountered a problem. On our second evening in the apartment, we were watching TV when a little bug came wandering over the back of the sofa. Fearing it may be a bed bug we caught it and started examining underneath the sofa bed where we found a load of eggs and a couple of dead bugs. I suddenly understood what had bitten me. I called the out of hours number and the woman said he could move us tomorrow, but tonight we would have to stay in this apartment. I said we couldn't stay there with the bugs so she asked me to call her back in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later she said she still couldn't help until tomorrow so suggested we leave, find somewhere else to stay and email requesting a refund. I called the booking agent instead. The booking agent called me back after a few minutes and said the woman I had spoken to had arranged an apartment for us for that night and then would put us in a new one in the morning. He said she would call us with arrangements. After not hearing anything for an hour I called the agent (Interchalet) again and was told by another person that we should go to a hotel for the night and Vacancecole would refund the cost, we would then be given a new apartment in the morning. In the morning I called the out of hours woman again and she said there was no apartment for us. We should return to the apartment, get our things and leave. I called the agent again and they said that until Vacancecole agreed to return our money, they could not help. They agreed to call me back. 2 hours later I called again and they had not been able to get through to anyone at Vacancecole but said they would call when they heard back. By this time we had to leave the hotel and return to the apartment. Another hour passed so I called again. I was told we would be refunded but that they could not find us alternate accommodation. I pointed out that there was plenty on their website in the area, there was even availability in the Vacancecole property. I could have booked it the previous evening, but they do not allow bookings on the day. I was just told to find somewhere else and email asking for a refund. I have been told I will be refunded for the hotel, apartment and the difference in price between that and where I manged to find at short notice in the area, plus £130 but it does not make up for ruined holiday. It's a shame. I would have liked to have stayed there again but I am not willing to take that risk!

Un établissement parfait : - bien situé - personnel aux petits soins et très disponible avec ses clients... - très bon rapport qualité/ prix - chambre bien équipée, propre tout comme la kitchenette et la salle de bain. Jusqu'à notre départ, où nous avions besoin d'un taxi... Bien que la réceptionniste l'avait déjà réservée, que celui-ci n'arrivait pas, elle et sa collègue se sont mis en quête de trouver une réponse notre requête. Autre point positif..si cela peut servir... Nous avons séjourné au Allé suite Hôtel pour sa situation.. proche du port : départ de notre croisière...Tout comme, la proximité du parking pour la semaine ( P4 aux Docks Vauban) J allais oublié.. l'espace de jeux.. lecture.. au rez de chaussée, a l accueil pour petits et grands... Le tout a disposition des clients..bravo pour cette initiative ✌️ Merci à eux/elles... Un plaisir de revenir si l'occasion se présente.

Feeling welcomed and well treated with a fresh delicious breakfast, at a very competitive price. Also to mention, the hôtel offers very confortable beds and nice coloured rooms. I had specific needs and there were all adressed with high professionalism
