Ich war hier für ein paar Tage, als ich am Neujahrstag zum Ford Motor Museum ging. Sehr zufrieden mit diesem Hotel, direkt neben dem Bahnhof Dearborn. Obwohl das Hotel nicht groß ist, ist es kostengünstig. Frühstück ist dabei. Es gibt viele Arten von Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Der Service an der Rezeption ist begeistert. Es gibt einen kleinen Swimmingpool im ersten Stock, aber Sie müssen Ihre eigene Badekleidung mitbringen. Es ist ganz in der Nähe des Ford Motor Museums in gerader Linie, und man muss herumlaufen. An der Straße befindet sich ein Supermarkt, in dem Sie gekochtes Essen kaufen können.

Dieses Zimmer wurde wegen seiner Nähe zum Henry Ford Museum sowie seinem Preis reserviert. Die Nachbarschaft wurde etwas schlau gefunden. Zimmer war sauber, aber es gab keinen Kaffeemacher im Zimmer. Hatte röhliche Bewohner der Boden oben, die schlafen schwierig machte. Da ich mich auf meine Finanzen schaue, entdeckte ich, dass das Unternehmen auf meiner Karte viermal die Höhe der Buchung gesetzt hatte. Absolut unacceptabel! Glücklicherweise hatte ich genug Geld, um zu decken, aber das könnte einige ernste Probleme verursachen. Es war auch die EINZE Firma die ganze Reise, die das tat. Erst und letzter Aufenthalt in irgendeiner der Eigenschaften dieses Unternehmens. Ehrlich nicht empfehlen.

Friendly check-in after Lyft ride from the airport. No upgrade was available for Titanium Elite. I tried to use upgrade awards on the Bonvoy app first said I could then later changed to could not. Curious I got an email asking me to pay for an upgrade. The room was adequate with daily cleaning, which was much appreciated. M Club is closed on weekends. However, you do get a voucher for a nice breakfast buffet. Clean pool and workout area. No where close for dinner the house car ran by the valet is hit and miss, able to get ride to dinner within 5 miles, needed to call Lyft to get back to hotel.

Wir reisen oft von Toronto zu Veranstaltungen im Henry Ford / Greenfield Village und sind in diesem Ort seit über 15 Jahren verblieben. Die Covid-Grenzschließungen haben uns in den letzten Jahren (wie die meisten Kanadier) weggelassen, und in dieser Zeit hätten wir Bedenken hinsichtlich Sicherheit und Qualität an diesem Ort gehört. Nun, wir sind gerade von unserem dritten außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt zurückgekehrt (in so vielen Monaten) und was auch immer Probleme schon vorher existiert haben, diese Lage hat wieder bewiesen, dass ein wahres Engagement von Management und Personal für das Eigentum und die Pflege der Gäste Sicherheit und Sicherheit ist die Art von Sache, die nur Gäste Bewertungen wirklich offenbaren. Es gibt eine Menge andere Gründe, warum wir immer wieder zurückkommen, beginnend mit der bemerkenswerten Miss Kay zu Freddie und alle anderen, die Besuch so besondere. Wir lieben, dass wir sogar unsere geliebten Sammlerwagen mit dem Vertrauen und Komfort des Parkens direkt an unserer Zimmertür bringen können. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, Sicherheit und Überwachung unverhältnismäßig. Vielen Dank an das Personal RRI 182 für all Ihre Bemühungen, uns glücklich und regelmäßig zurückzukehren!

Arrival There was no one at the desk. Therefore I had to call reception to create something and eventually this young lady appeared. I was not acknowledged as a diamond not offered an upgrade. Then she hey wanted to charge me 100 dollars for incidentals. When I challenged it was actually in case I did damage to the room. As a diamond member do you think IHG would be concerned about me damaging a room. I was incensed by this. I understand a hold for extras I told them I was staying one night sleeping and going. The young lady was clueless. The room was drab however the bed was comfortable. The air con was quite noisy. Luckily only staying one night. Breakfast well OMG it’s clear they don’t give a crap about the environment. Plastic key cards. Plastic cutlery. Each slice of bread wrapped in plastic. Plastic plates. The food was not worth it. After a few bites I decided to get breakfast at airport. Check out. The chap was dressed like he was at home playing a video games. However we was more clued up and apologised for the check in. However when I mentioned plastic at breakfast he couldn’t see why that was a problem. Don’t the young ones get taught about recycling and environment. In schools in USA.

Spent the 4th of July week here at the Courtyard Marriott in Dearborn, Michigan. First time in this hotel. Appreciated the free parking outside of the hotel (there is parking on the side of the hotel and parking in the back of the hotel. This hotel is not far (only 3 miles) from the Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village therefore on the evening of July 4th was seeing fireworks from time to time that I believe were coming from the Salute of America event at the Henry Ford Museum. However there are luxury apartment buildings across from the hotel, therefore on that 4th of July evening I witnessed from my hotel window some shooting off firecrackers! The Courtyard Marriott is also only a few miles from the Fairlane Town Center, as well as there is a ***** mall that is within walking distance (that has a Burlington as well as a Best Buy store). Courtyard Marriott is also not far from M-39 (Southfield Freeway) that one can take to get to downtown Detroit relatively quickly. The room was pretty comfortable. One observation: per what I have read housekeeping will clean the room every other week however my room was clean about three consecutive days, then not cleaned the rest of the week I stayed in the room. The hotel does have a bar area. However I'm not sure if it was because of the 4th of July holiday that I hardly saw the bar area opened. Also made use of the fitness center for my workouts. Did not utilize the pool because it was mostly being used by kids. The hotel also has a laundry area, however on my first day I tried to access the area with my hotel key but my hotel key was not working. No didn't ask at the front desk to address this issue because I ended up not using the laundry facilities since I was only at the hotel one week. The Courtyard Marriott is located in primarily the 'business center' of the Ford Motor Company. Across the street was a large office center that belongs to Ford as well as I drove down Mercury Drive I saw other office buildings that belongs to the Ford Motor Company. Overall I did enjoy my stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Dearborn Michigan and I do recommend this hotel if you want to be near shopping at the Fairlane Town Center, enjoying learning at the Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village, or make the short trip to downtown Detroit.

Nicht das Beste, nicht das Schlimmste. Die Mitarbeiter waren wirklich nett für meine Mutter und mich. Es ist ein älteres Gebäude, aber es ist gut gepflegt und sauber. Es ist gut, wenn Sie irgendwo schlafen müssen. Wenn Sie super neue und moderne brauchen, bleiben Sie irgendwo anders, aber wieder, es ist gut hier.

Great customer service. Close to highways and shopping. Close to restaurants. My family enjoyed the stay, and the pool was very clean, which is a must for me.
