We ended up at the Daytona Grande after the Hilton Oceanfront overbooked and we were on our way with no place to stay! Admittedly not the safest, but I had to book this place while driving from the Orlando airport and just looking for something that wasn’t a total dive but still decently priced without a ton of extra fees. No free breakfast here which is something I especially appreciate as a family of 6, but in this case it was just me and my teenage son in town for an archery championship. After the highly stressful day of travel we had, the Grande was like a little slice of Heaven! It was clean, quiet, and beautiful. We decided after having to skip lunch with flight delays and all that, we just wanted a good meal and a good bed and we got exactly that. My son and I split truffle fries to start, the crusted crab filet, and beignets for dessert. All were wonderful (and we’re from Dallas where there is no shortage of excellent food) and enjoyed Oceanside on the dimly lit quiet patio. My only criticism is that the tables should be turned perpendicularly to the ocean and hotel so that everyone at the table gets a view of both rather than one facing a wall while the other faces the ocean. Rooms were nicely decorated, had comfortable, intuitive lighting, handy USB plugs, and most importantly REALLY COMFORTABLE BEDS! We have a Tempurpedic at home so my sleep is usually pretty abysmal at hotels. Now, this wasn’t as comfy as home, but I slept hard and woke without being sore since the bed was genuinely comfortable. My only complaints about the room were that the window sheers, while stylish, really gave no privacy at all, so if you wanted privacy you had to sacrifice light. Water pressure wasn’t great and the bathroom needed more towel bars and hooks. This would’ve been way more of a nuisance with the whole family, but they also came midday and restocked towels and made up the beds, which we see less and less of these days, even at nice hotels in the name of being “green”. But it was spacious and clean and otherwise nicely equipped. Elevators were fast and never held us up. Beach access from the elevator was nice as we didn’t have to walk through the lobby in swimsuits. Parking was slightly inconvenient being caddy corner across the street, but not bad at all. We considered but didn’t try room service mainly due to price and unknown wait (when we had tournament times to consider) but the little shop/cafe in the lobby was great and convenient and priced about as you’d expect (pricey, but not too ridiculous). We got coffee and breakfast sandwiches both days. I think the biggest issue with this place is the visibility. It’s tall to be sure so you’re not going to miss it, but the entrance and signage is on the far side and behind a little aqua building (I think called Sand Dunes) which had to be apartments or a teeny hotel that I can only assume refused to sell to the Grande in development so the Grande built around it. It keeps it from having the opulent entrance that the Hilton does

Ich blieb im September 9-12 und das war mein zweiter Besuch, das Personal dort war bemerkenswert, um meinen Aufenthalt viel angenehmer zu machen. Sarah, Jada, Tamara, Rutuik, Jody, shekisha, Eddie und Kimberly alle diese Mitarbeiter gingen oben und darüber hinaus und ich bin über meine Aufenthaltsfreude. Ich werde wieder zurückkehren. Wenn Sie den Ozean lieben und müssen wegkommen, ist dies der Ort, wo Sie bleiben. Alles, was Sie brauchen, ist im Hotel und wenn Sie wollen, aussteigen, gibt es viele Orte, aus denen Sie sich aus dem Streifen wählen.

Unser Hard Rock Travel Rundreise wurde auch natürlich in Daytona Beach aufhalten;-) dort sind wunderschöne Hotel und direkt am Strand & Meer! Strand können man lange spazieren und kurios ist denn dort erlaubt bestimmte Abschnitte Strand mit dem Auto fahren und parken! ;-) Das Hotelzimmer mit Meerblick hat bester CHANCE täglich wunderschöne Sonnenaufgang blicken( falls gute Wetter oder wolkenlos ) ;-) Zimmer sieht sehr sauber aus! wir sind Taub, Gross dank und wunderschöne an Concierge TATOR, die kann gut beherrscht Gebärdensprache ( ASL ) und übersetzen für uns <3 ! Und herzlich danke an Androse and Jose wo die uns Wunderschöne herzlich Empfangen hatten

Sehr zufrieden mit der Sauberkeit, die meisten Angestellten waren sehr freundlich Das Frühstückspersonal war super nett, es gab einen, der nachts am Schreibtisch arbeitete, der eindeutig nicht da sein wollte und eine schlechte Einstellung hatte, das Frühstück war in Ordnung, ich wünschte, sie hätten etwas mehr zu tun? Angebot, aber es war genug, um Sie für den Tag in Schwung zu bringen, der Pool wurde meinen Bedürfnissen entsprochen, aber es gab keine Handtücher für den Pool ohne zu fragen, die Lage war gut, nicht zu viel Verkehr direkt an der Daytona Speedway und am Flughafen und eine kurze 13? Minuten oder so von Daytona Beach war auch schön, dass es ein Einkaufszentrum auf der anderen Straßenseite gab, obwohl ich es während meines Aufenthalts nicht besuchen konnte. Ich habe den Aufenthalt genug genossen, um einen zusätzlichen Tag zu buchen.

Contrella am Front Desk war so hilfreich, uns ein zugängliches Zimmer zu bekommen. Kaitlyn, als sie uns mit dem Gepäck in die Tür zu kriegen sah, war so hilfreich, uns ins Zimmer zu bringen und uns auch ins Zimmer zu bringen. Shirley kocht ein wunderbares Frühstück komplett mit Blumenblüten für die Waffeln und eine große Auswahl an anderen Frühstücksartikeln. Der Bacon wurde großartig kocht. Danke für alle in diesem Residence Inn. Wir werden zurück sein.

Schönes Hotel, gute Lage, gutes Frühstück. Parken ist nicht kostenlos - 10 USD pro Nacht.

Dieses 4-jährige Hotel zeigt kein Alterszeichen. Die Zimmer und Möbel werden wie neu gehalten und die Hauspflege ist großartig. Der Asst Manager (Spencer) hat das Privileg, mit einem ausgezeichneten Personal zu arbeiten, das eine tolle Arbeit tut! Das Frühstück ist groß und sehr reichhaltig zusammen mit einem großen Parkplatz für jedes Größenfahrzeug. Die Lage ist in der Nähe von Restaurants, Geschäften und Attraktionen. Ein Rating von 5 in meiner Meinung ist nicht genug!

The unit was beautiful but it needs a little bit of maintenance. Little things to fix to make it perfect. Iron board but no iron dish liquid but no sponge patio seat plastic and broken . The patio door verticals missing slabs . No window treatments to avoid bright light in the morning. Is these are fix it would be nice

Ich hatte nur einen Nachtaufenthalt, aber ich war sehr zufrieden mit der gesamten Erfahrung. Das Zimmer war spotless, das Bett sehr komfortabel, das Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich und das Lärmniveau war ruhig. Ich werde dort wieder buchen.
