Very good hotel, the minus part is the manager not helpful at all. Their staff is very helpful. Thumbs up 👍 for their staff ( exclude the manager who always try to give excuses and don’t want to help).

Clean and comfortable room for families with young kids. The heated floor is a plus point when travelling to a winter place. We were here for 2 nights on December and it was freezing cold. Thanks for the heated floor we stayed warm. The room is newly renovated with modern interior.
The hotel does not have much amenities other than what you get in the room. Food around the whole Xi Ling Snow Mountain is limited and they close early during winter time. Hence, do get your meal early.
Hotel service, I gave it a less rating as the staff are not really sure their role and hard to get a room call service at night.
Travelling here is quite smooth. We hired a private driver and took the cable car up to the snow mountain. There will be bus taking you to the ski resort area where then you will have a short walk to the hotel.
Overall a good stay and certainly recommended this hotel for families.

南方小土豆第一次玩真雪 選了能夠適應的看雪之地
9號臨近中午租車自駕到達機2號停車場。斯堪的納酒店管家式服務開啟，託運行李上山。管家小姐姐帶VIP上纜車不排隊，下纜車後考斯特小巴專車接送到酒店門口。住到夢中情屋。隨即滑雪，娃單板，我雙板。晚上繼續下大雪，體驗玩雪樂趣。
10號早上看了彩雲天氣小程序，趕在7:52前到達日月坪看日出。美不勝收。因主要是滑雪，沒去陰陽界。下了日月坪，纜車上看到西嶺雪山滑雪場全貌。見圖P1。聯繫管家託運行李。繼續滑雪。娃改雙板，1學時後可自刷中級道。下午考斯特專車送到索道。還有一份伴手禮。

住了三天除了換毛巾幾乎就沒收拾過房間，連沐浴露都主動去要才給，八百多一晚的房子這樣的服務也算醉了。最可怕的是她們的餐廳，中午去吃飯是打的盒飯那種，買的二葷一素的，過去打菜時竟然不給打排骨，他強制要求你在買一個一葷一素才有資格打排骨，總共就5個菜，不喜歡吃的也衹能打沒得選，好奇葩，這種規定**民意啊，排骨不是葷嗎？是葷我買的二葷一素你不給打排骨讓我打不愛吃的肉菜，要排骨就要在買個一葷一素來搭配，太扯淡了。總共沒有幾塊肉，48元一份。我能理解在山上物資貧乏東西貴，但是你能不能貴的大方一點，感覺那麼**呢……建議大家去過夜一定要帶桶裝泡麪。東西又貴又不好吃。

房間跟圖片一模一樣。房間很大，衞生好好。管家很貼心。提前一天加微信聯繫，告訴注意事項。安利旺季一定要訂斯堪的納，有快速上山通道，纜車下來還有專車到酒店，行李有專人從山下送到房間，絲滑到房間。銀蓮花房在2樓，視覺很好，早上在陽台能看到日出。房間旁邊有個小小山坡，滑雪很好玩。

上下山免排隊通道和行李轉運直接到房間，旺季期間真的太有用了，房間衞生床品都沒問題，洗浴用品是歐舒丹，服務也很棒，離遊玩地點除了映雪酒店就是最近的了，有些台階要走，但已經挺方便的了，娃很高興，進門就誇。

優點:小管家服務很好，沒話説！
缺點:1，設施太舊了完全沒維護，6年前去怎麼樣今天去還是那樣，房間牆角全是壞的。
2，衞生真不怎麼樣，床單上還有別人的頭髮，床角還有別人遺留的襪子，有圖有真相！後面聯繫小管家全換新的！
3，房間隔音太差了，一晚上樓上的一走動，下面就是咚咚的響，完全沒法睡覺！
4，大廳辦理入住太慢了，下午3點過到告知房間還沒收拾出來！
總結，不是要帶娃絕不住這家酒店！太坑了！
