The hotel is a typical premier inn but the staff set it apart from others. I will say all the staff were very helpful and pleasant but one lady stood above the rest. Thank you Sylvia for your help during my stay and also for suggesting a great place to visit and try some exciting and new. Thank you for leading me to some of the best food I have had in years. Thank you for the chats in the evenings.

Avoid this hotel - absolutely disgusting!! Walked into a room full of mould - walls thick with mould / window frames and sills thick with mould…and room stinks…staff even left the window on the latch knowing that there is a serious problem in this room….we were moved to a new room and although no visible mould, this premier inn is disgustingly.

The staff are amazing and have gone the extra mile. Especially a massive thanks to Sharnie, Oscar and Karen on Reception and the amazing Chef Kaci. You all have given us a wonderful stay and looked after us very well. We really appreciate all the little extra touches that have been added for this special occasion. Thank you

The space between rooms is so thin, people above kept me awake the entire night absolutely horrible. can hear the tvs from each room around me and every noise, can hear every person walking down the hallway, won’t ever be staying again absolute nightmare

The bathroom was filthy. The plug hole hasn't been cleaned. Hair from previous guests still in there. The windows were filthy. Rooms weren't cleaned daily and fresh cups and towels were not given. Nowhere to place bag for emptying. And only one chair available in the room so no other place to sit other than the beds. Overall our stay was not a pleasant one and would not recommend staying here

Not the best experience Asked for quiet room. Allocated ground floor rear of hotel. View of litter, dark and the sounds of wild wilder beast every time the guest in the room above moved. Fire alarm went off. I left my room. To see all guests continuing to eat breakfast and staff carrying on with duties. No reassuring explanation. I had to ask !!”it’s always hair straighteners”. I wanted to reply one day it may not be !!!!!! Cleaning not up to standard. Many areas missed. Grubby shared bathroom soap dispensers. Dirty sink. Including a huge long hair. Over powering smell of needing to air the room with good old fashioned fresh air Would Lenny Henry stay here? I won’t!

I visited on a business trip and a great welcome and stay. A special Thank you for the assistance to Sharnice. I come to Nottingham regularly and stayed here a couple of times and always nice place to stay I needed an earlier check in and they weee very accommodating and responsive

The best premier inn in Nottingham very clean and a very high standard. Staff are outstanding my room was cleaned every day for the past 4 nights… great job guys keep it up will definitely be back and I definitely recommend this if you want a good night sleep because comfy beds and pillows
