"Meine Reise nach Sydney und mein Aufenthalt im Pier One Sydney Harbour waren großartig und ein fantastisches Erlebnis. Eine der Mitarbeiterinnen, ihr Name ist Vy, hat an der Rezeption und beim Einchecken hervorragende Arbeit geleistet und der Aufenthalt verlief reibungslos und einladend. Es gab sogar einige Probleme mit dem Zimmer oder der Sauberkeit. Sie schob ihr die Schuhe der Gäste zu und löste das Problem sofort. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, da man das Sydney Opera House und die Harbour Bridge sehen kann und die Straßenbahn direkt vor der Hoteltür steht. Das Frühstück im Restaurant mit kalten Gerichten war gut und die Auswahl an warmen Gerichten muss verbessert werden, um mehr Auswahl an warmen Speisen zu erhalten."

"窗景真的超級美，美得像P上去一樣不真實哈哈哈。入住兩天期間沒有遇到中文前台，對於英語不好的溝通起來略費勁，早餐廳有中文菜單，但早餐很西式。小朋友加床有送一個小考拉。酒店周圍不是很方便，衹能步行去天文台，出門必須要打車。但是風景美就夠了。定的歌劇院景房被安排到倒數幾間，後面就是樹了！還好樓層還可以。0-3樓我們在2樓。房間點餐24小時都有，而且價格不貴和外面的差不多，沒有服務費且出品賣相和味道都還不錯。回國後check郵箱賬單時發現第二天有多收我一份早餐錢，自己給酒店發郵件很麻煩，找攜程溝通了，兩小時內就有電話回覆我，且酒店在第三天的時候退我多收的費用了，感謝攜程積極溝通。"

"Location was amazing, and you can park there too. Valet parking, just pull up at the side of the building and let the reception know. The pool on the roof has impressive views of both the bridge and the opera house. Our bathroom could have done with a lick of paint but the room was clean and well kept."

"The highlight of our stay was definitely the stunning view from our room and balcony—absolutely amazing. The location couldn’t have been better, with most attractions within walking distance. Watching the Vivid Light Show from the comfort of our balcony was a particularly memorable experience. However, the room itself was quite dated and in need of refurbishment. The carpet was noticeably worn with dark patches, and parts of the bathroom were peeling. On the plus side, housekeeping did service the room daily, which was appreciated. One downside was the misleading information about parking. Although the website mentioned parking, there was none available on-site. We had to use Wilson's parking next door, which came at a steep price. All in all, I’d recommend this hotel for the location and views alone, but be prepared for a room that’s seen better days."

Der Essensservice war im Allgemeinen gut und die Preise angemessen Es könnte ein paar mehr große Teller für diejenigen geben, die ihr eigenes Essen kochen, und vielleicht Themenabende wie Pizzaabende, an denen die Gäste eine feste Gebühr zahlen und sich das selbst schmecken lassen können, was zu mehr Interaktion anregt Ansonsten ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt"

"Хороший завтрак с 7:00 до 10:30. Подаётся на первом этаже в самом старом пабе Сиднея. Расположение в самом центре всего, пешая доступность. Кстати из аэропорта на Uber цена и время в пути примерно как общественным транспортом, но зато никакой суеты. Отель 1887 года, стильный интерьер и экстерьер. Отличный шампунь и крем для тела в ванной. Но зубной щётки и пасты нет :) есть общественная прачечная и прикольное место на крыше где можно выпить и покурить с видом на город. Рядом есть место с отличным мясом кенгуру - Pony Dining The Rocks. По пятницам, субботам и воскресеньям проводят бесплатные экскурсии в Government Hous - первая в 10:30 утра. Кровать маленькая, вдвоем было тесно. Вытяжка работает в ванной всю ночь, гудит, мешает спать. Утром запахло едой, видимо вытяжка из кухни где то под окнами. Кондиционера нет - ночью было жарко и душно. Окна тоже особо не откроешь, сеток на них нет, а вот мухи на улице есть."

"I'd like to leave a compliment to Linh, the vietnames lady who assisted me to check in and further with changing room. I would like to show very much appreciation to her. Overall, the stay was great, they provide complimentary water. We ordered in-room dining service for various times, and their food is great, the staffs were really friendly as well. The view was great as well, woke up with opera house view, it was a lovely experience. We also got lucky to see the fireworks being held in opera house right from our room. The only thing we found a little inconvenient was the location. It was considerably near to opera house and royal botanic gardens but it has quite a bit of distance from queen victoria and central area. The only thing the hotel should improve on is cleaning probably. After the room cleaning was done, I saw water on toilet floor (same before the cleaning), and they forgot to replenish some glasses etc. But overall it was quite a nice stay there. Thanks to Linh!
