Sankama the Boutique Hotel

We liked the hotel but can't say the same about our experience from the word go. First the staff at the reception said there is booking, then they said "ho, you booked online". Then the process of searching for a room started. When we finally got the room it had two single beds and not a double bed as we had booked. When we asked for a double bed they said that they did not have any. The feeling we got was that if you booked , you are not important! A lot needs to be done in the customer service front.

stayed there for a night on our way to goa.... nice hotel with well maintained rooms and has parking too....our windows didn't have handled due to which we couldn't close the window properly at night.... price can be quite high.... it would be nice if they reduce the room rent...

We stayed here for a night on our way to. Bel ur and sure we were happy with the decision . Checking in was handled by. Mr. Raju and check out by. Ravishankar It was super smooth. Rooms good size bathroom clean , hot water and AC were in good condition. Biggest problem I had with the room was windows were not closing which was resulted in loss of cold. Air. And room was not cooling And allowed mosquitoes to enter I had to call for service . He did close but I was not satisfied. In the morning I saw window opened again little bit . We had dinner on the terrace and was good with special requests handled properly. Breakfast was SUPURB with. Ms. Tina being chef did wonderful work. Every item was piping hot with food prepared in small batch . Mr. Jitendra was captain and did great work Servers were Yuvraj,and linku They were very helpful at every step . Thank you all for wonderful work.

Room service very poor. TV not working. Not able to plug mobile charging , tea pot only for name sake

Very nice and beautiful hotel only location is a concern, but you not get disturb, people are very good, bed and bedsheet clean and neat and its pure white colour, very clean and a comfortable, no issue at all hot water, good kinds of travels provided, food quality also is good. In my last 6 months i stayed one of the best hotel this is actually at this price

Good location. Good staff. Good food. Overall nice experinece. Will stay next time also in sankama.
