We were warmly greeted by friendly staff upon arrival, making us feel welcome right away. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the team went the extra mile to help us register on their app as we are foreigners, ensuring we could easily access Wi-Fi and contact them if needed.
We had called ahead to request a humidifier and air purifier, and were pleased to find them already prepared in our room when we checked in. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the inclusion of an electric toilet with a heated seat was a thoughtful touch, especially during the winter season.
Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered was genuinely helpful and sincere in their service, always making sure we were well taken care of. We initially planned to stay from 6/12/24 to 8/12/24 but felt so at home that we decided to extend our stay for an additional two days.
A big thank you to the team at Mecure Hotel for their exceptional service and attention to detail. Me and my Husband had agreed this is best hotel in our 17 days China trip. We had a fantastic stay and look forward to returning in the future. Great job!

美居在某住會體系裡屬於“高檔型”，可高檔的標準不應該只有硬件（整體都還可以），軟件服務更是重要。
剛到酒店，前台一男（圖1）一女兩位都在給客人辦理入住，我排在下一位。待男生這邊辦理完看了我一眼後就去一旁指點女生，我不知是否到我了繼續在後麪排着，又等了一會兒我有點不耐煩了（辦理入住時候已經快3點了，有點累），催問“是否能辦理了”，這時黑衣服男生回答“可以辦理啊！”那我就想知道了，你看見我在排隊，上一個辦理完後不理我去一邊幹別的，非得我問你才能輪到我麼？
後來在房間外也是碰見他，説起之前詢問充電樁的事，哥們低頭看手機，全程沒抬眼看我。請問這是酒店服務人員培訓的標準麼？
還有個細節，出房間門看見一整車的歡迎水果，還以為會稍後送過來，後來發現根本沒我們的。這還分三六九等，也是第一次遇見。
最後走的時候，電梯裏遇到的工程部小夥子和前台辦理退房的幾位工作人員倒是特別有禮貌。

缺點：
1.屋內只有一次性拖鞋，洗浴拖鞋需要和前台要，小機器人會給你送來。
2.洗澡間缺置物掛鈎或置物架，沒地方放衣服，沒有浴袍。
優點：
1.工作人員服務態度很好，讓人很舒服，走時候還送了當地伴手禮。
2.新開酒店房間安靜，整潔，乾淨，家居設計法式浪漫系，顏色柔和温馨，智能馬桶，花灑出水也很好，放心洗澡。
3.屋內冰箱送了小飲品。
4.早餐乾淨，豐富，味道也還不錯，削麪帥哥尤其表揚，服務態度特別周到。

和家人出遊大同，從很多酒店中挑中了這裏，剛進酒店，前台的小美女就先去給我接了一杯熱茶，很細心（大同這裏好冷啊現在），當時立馬暖和些了，謝謝你哦。然後和家人商量先訂一晚看看怎麼樣再續住，沒想到從服務到舒適度都很好，出門進門都會有微笑問好，中途遇到電視無法播放，工作人員也很快就來幫忙解決，有什麼問題需要諮詢也會馬上給出解答，還推薦了附近好吃的麪館。大堂有咖啡機，客房裡還有汽水提供。客房實物和酒店頁面介紹的一樣，只是我沒來得及先拍照，對了，早飯非常豐富

外地朋友來旅遊，給定了這個酒店，因為離着方特近，高鐵也方便，帶着入住的時候就被驚艷了，完全超越我的期待值和滿意度，當天朋友就發來各種照片，各種誇讚，簡直讓我的地主之誼的虛榮心得到了巨大的滿足和驕傲，除了舒適，房間格外大，細節滿眼都是精緻，直接上照片吧，比之前定的很多所謂五星四星都要讓人歡喜，酒店的楊總還給專門接待，送了果然，貼心呀！滿分💯

總體非常滿意的酒店。一是位置離大同南站非常近，打車方便。二是酒店是新酒店，設施新，配置好，房間乾乾淨淨，寬敞明亮。有個邊台可以放東西，裝飾簡約、明快。衞生間足夠大，乾濕分離，洗漱用品齊全。早餐還不錯，餐廳的品種還比較豐富，特別是有大同刀削麪和一些地方特色美食。
