酒店本身還不錯，位置挺好的，裏面設施也還行。就是發生了一些不愉快的事情，我們這次連續定了兩天酒店，結果到第二天的時候從外面回到酒店發現沒有打掃房間，沒幾分鐘接到電話，前台質問的語氣問我們為什麼續住了卻不下單，我們就説定了兩天讓前台幫忙核實一下。但還是又去APP確認了一下，發現沒有問題就是兩天。這個時候有阿姨來敲門打掃房間，我們都出去好幾個小時候了才來打掃，但這個時候我們才知道原來是一直以為我們不續住了所以之前沒打掃。過了一會阿姨打掃完衞生，我們就給前台打了個電話，問她訂單到底怎麼回事，他們就説是之前前台搞錯了，問我們需要打掃衞生嗎？我心想，你們搞錯了連句道歉也沒有，阿姨都打掃完了還問要不要打掃衞生，就懟了他們“你們內部系統都沒聯網的嗎？”總之這個過程真的很不愉快，最讓人無語的就是酒店的態度。

Das Zimmer ist perfekt, der Dekorationsstil ist hochwertig und warm und die Details sind sehr hoch. Die Betten sind weich und die Haut ist weich und die Betten sind hart und mäßig, so dass ich die Nacht gut schlafen kann; das Schlafzimmer ist trocken und isoliert, intelligente Pferde und Super-Pferde haben das Gefühl des Glücks und den Duft superheilend verbessert. Eine sehr zufriedenstellende Unterkunftserfahrung. Der bei Ctrip erworbene Gruppenkauf im Vorverkauf ist sein Geld wirklich wert. Das Hotel ist sehr neu und alle Dienstleistungen entsprechen den Standards der Holiday Inn-Reihe. Die Lobby ist hell und sauber und das Einchecken (Andy) verlief sehr effizient und schnell. Das Haus ist einfach, ordentlich und sauber. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker (die Dame, die die Nudeln vor Ort zubereitet, ist so cool) und die Nudeln mit Hammelinnereien sind auch köstlich! Der Fitnessraum entspricht dem Standard. Das Hotel ist etwa 6-7 Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants. Es dauert weniger als eine halbe Stunde, um zu den Grotten zu gelangen, und etwa zehn Minuten, um zum Datong City Museum zu gelangen. Sehr gut, für Familienausflüge geeignet. Die Qualität des Urlaubs ist jedem eine Empfehlung wert!
