我已經旅遊過很多城市了，所以酒店也住了很多，實話説酒店的服務人員真的都很好很有禮貌，包括清潔也很到位，這些我都是滿意的，但有兩個最大的問題，我的房間一個是電視無法使用，用不了投屏以及正常看普通電視，酒店每次都需要自查一下電視是否能用，我是因為出去玩的多所以還可以無所謂一下，如果是長者家這種愛看電視的羣體呢？第二個也是最重要的隔音非常非常差，酒店的裝修顏值等都到位的，入住的時候乍一看很好，可是晚上睡覺問題就來了，我隔壁正好還是個放音樂一晚上的人，實際上我第一晚還以為是什麼別的地方放歌直到第二晚貼牆一聽原來是隔壁，真的是放通宵自己這邊能聽得一清二楚的那種，我還是好睡的類型都睡不着更別説敏感點的了，導致第二晚我也把酒店音響開的老大了把隔壁煩的關音樂我才能睡一晚好覺，總之隔音問題不處理的話再好的服務都沒用，什麼都沒有踏踏實實睡一覺來的實際，不然就先把音響給每個房間撤了都算臨時補救一下，不然投訴和不滿越來越多這個酒店就很難做了，這不是工作人員的問題，這是酒店的原始問題，工作人員態度服務都很好的，我再特地説明一次。
