I really enjoyed my stay. The room looks good and has air-conditioning. The bed is comfortable and they provided towels and a toothbrush kit. The pool area is good. Big enough for a couple of families.

The place is good and near on almost everything you need. But the timing before we checked in was a bit off and they can not be contacted. We waited for almost 2hrs in the car for the someone who can let us in. But over all i can give 7 out of 10 for this.

Das Hotel war sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügte über eine gute Lage. Das Hotel selbst war sauber und sah neu aus, was sicherlich ein Plus war. Das Personal, das uns in unserem Zimmer und das Team in Kuna Cafe, wo wir Frühstück hatten, war sowohl freundlich als auch hilfreich, so dass diese Erfahrungen angenehm sind. Das Rezeptionpersonal war jedoch sehr wünschenswert. Obwohl wir während unserer zeitlichen Kontrolle die einzigen Gäste im Lobby waren, warten wir für eine lange Zeit, und die Gastfreundschaft scheint fehlen. Unsere Frustration wuchs später am Abend, als wir die Rezeption anrufen, um nach der Erhitzung einiger Lebensmittel zu fragen. Wir wollten wissen, ob eine Mikrowelle verfügbar war und ob wir sie nutzen könnten, aber niemand folgte mit einer Antwort. Diese Verzögerung hat uns gezwungen, um 10.00 Uhr zu gehen, um Lebensmittel für unser hungriges Kind zu kaufen, was sehr enttäuschend war. Es ist klar, dass die Rezeption ihre Kundenservice und Kommunikation Fähigkeiten erheblich verbessern könnte. Insgesamt, während das Hotel selbst angenehmen war, benötigt die Rezeption und Kundenservice Erfahrungen erhebliche Verbesserungen, um die Qualität der Einrichtungen zu entsprechen. Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Es war warmes Wasser zur Verfügung. Das Bett war gut vorbereitet und wir werden waschen.
