An excellent apartment. My wife and I spent the third week of July 2024 in Darwin, visiting Kakadu, Litchfield and enjoying the variety of restaurants in the city. We stayed at the Magnum Serviced Apartments and were delighted with the one bedroom unit. It was spacious and meticulously cleaned each day. Air conditioning worked a treat, it had a good shower and the king bed was most comfortable. Excellent kitchen and laundry. A great location in the heart of the city, within easy walking of restaurants, bars and shops and bus transport. It had a good roof top pool and good parking facilities, although we did not use the latter. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We stayed here for 6 nights in an apartment. The first apartment we were in, was very nice modern, and a good size, the couch though was very low and uncomfortable to sit on, it was a click clack lounge. We also found the whole place was very dirty, the cleanliness was disgusting. There were dirty marks on the walls and cupboards, the floor was dirty, and the skirting boards have never been cleaned, the bedside tables were dirty, as was the drawers, I wiped them all down before putting our stuff in them, the bathroom cupboard had dead baby cockroaches in it, and smelt very strongly of insect spray. The bed was comfortable, but made a terrible noise when getting into it. The air conditioner in the lounge, did not work, because it was a public holiday they could not get an electrician, we were offered another room, which was a little smaller, so we said we would wait to the next day for the electrician, next day the electrician could not come, so one of the workers came and said he would clean it, after being cleaned, it still didn’t work, so we were offered another room, which we took. This apartment was bigger than the last, again it was very nice, they are modern, it’s a shame they are not cleaned and looked after. The same lounge, a click clack lounge, which is not comfy and too low. The floor next to the bed was disgusting, there was like orange juice or something orange and sticky, and also on the bedside table, so I cleaned that, but there was lots of dust balls on the floor and behind the curtains, the bathroom had mildew around the taps and sink hole, and around the toilet was not cleaned properly. there were dirty food marks around the dishwasher. The walls had dirty marks on them, and the skirting boards were also dirty. There is a laundry in the apartment, which was good. As for room service, I think we got it once the whole time we were there, and that was, replace our towels and empty the bin, the tea and coffee or the bathroom items were not replaced or refilled either. There were no blankets in the room, just a sheet on the bed, so we had to ask for a blanket. The noise in the corridors carry, Then there’s the staff at the reception desk ; there were a few different staff there each time we went, which were all not very courteous, and impolite. There is secure parking, but that comes at a cost also on top of your accommodation costs. The good thing is , the hotel is central, and walking distance to the mall, and supermarket across the road, and restaurants nearby. The downside is definitely the cleanliness , there is none. Very unhygienic.

Perfect accommodation for a work trip, very central to everything and close enough to scooter to the market. Quite basic in the terms of hotels, but nothing to fault them on. Breakfast is basic and a bit dear - next time I think I would venture to a surrounding cafe instead.

My stay here was marred by the unnecessarily long check in process involving paperwork that could have been done electronically during the booking process - and my ongoing annoyance at being charged an additional $100 security bond at check in. All in the middle of the night, for a prepaid booking. Was assured the $100 would be refunded the next day, but 5 days later it hasn't been. Phoned the reception to enquire and was told by a rude receptionist that it was my banks problem and that they are entitled to charge this fee ”in case I damaged the room”. I haven't ever been charged more than a $1 holding fee before, so am not impressed with this ”management policy”, particularly given the room was prepaid. The actual room was clean and comfortable, a light breakfast is included which is good value. Parking is an additional charge - it would be very difficult to park here with a large 4WD, the spaces are tiny. I'm really disappointed that the management processes seem to be all about not trusting guests and making staying there a complex process...it's actually a nice hotel that is thoughtfully set up for short stay travellers, but I left with a bad feeling and feel sorry for the night reception staff who have to enforce ”policy”. Everywhere these days there are signs up about abuse not being tolerated...being combative towards paying customers isn't helpful.

Ein großes kleines Geschirr in Darwin. Einfach, aber sauber, sehr komfortabel und ein großer Pool. Große Kommunikation und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Kinder waren etwas Angst vor den schüchternen Bündelbetten, die eine Verschärfung benötigen, aber sie schliefen am Ende gut. Recht im Herzen der Stadt und umfasst Parkplätze. Sehr handvoll. Wird wieder bleiben.

Die ersten Eindrücke waren ein wenig enttäuschend, da das Gesamtsehen ein bisschen alt und tattisch war, aber das ist wirklich ein bisschen hart, da der Ort sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet ist, aber die Geräte zeigen Zeichen von Alter und allgemeine Schäden, so das Tattgefühl. Es fühlte sich insgesamt sauber ..... Obwohl die Spitze des Kochhauts nicht in einer Weile gereinigt und es war eine Flasche Wasser unter dem Bett, die nicht unsere war! Das ist wirklich wütend aber. Es gab niemand an der Rezeption, als wir am Sonntag um Mittag ankamen und wir hatten unsere Ankunfts-E-Mail nicht erhalten, wie es geschickt wurde, während wir im Flug waren. Daher mussten wir das Notruftelefon dort verwenden und jemand sprach mit uns durch die Öffnung des Schlüssels Safe und alles war gut. Der Rauchalarm wurde entfernt, lediglich die Basisplatte auf dem Deckel. Ich schätze, vielleicht weil es außerhalb des Badezimmers ist und der Duschedampf es ausgesetzt hatte. Es war nichts für uns, da das Gebäude nur 2 Stockwerke ist und wir haben gerade vor unserer Tür Schritte gemacht, aber ich vermute, das würde gegen die Regeln und Vorschriften für Mieten verstoßen. Es war schön, eine Dusche zu haben, die einfach zu bedienen war! Es war nicht voll während unseres Aufenthalts, es war sehr ruhig zu schlafen und wir hörten im Allgemeinen keine Lärm von den benachbarten Zimmern. Es ist nur ein kleines Eigentum mit einem zentralen Poolbereich, das wieder nicht laut war. Das andere, was wir bei der Ankunft gefühlt hatten, war, dass es zu weit von der Stadt entfernt war. Ich denke, es war Sonntag ruhiger, aber in Wirklichkeit ist es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß nach Woolworths und erwiesen sich als eine tolle Lage. Wir genossen wirklich unseren Aufenthalt und es tut uns leid, zu verlassen.

Wir haben 2 Nächte im Darwin Resort mit verschiedenen Buchungen und unterschiedlichen Preisen geblieben Das Resort war ohne Personal Deshalb war die erste Unterkunft nicht sauber Die zweite Nacht war gut Das Personal war sehr hilfreich, wenn eine Tür nicht ordnungsgemäß geschlossen sofort mehrere Techniker wurden geschickt, um es zu reparieren Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn Hyoid möchten, nahe Darwin fannnie Bay und nahe am Flughafen zu sein Die Lage ist neben einer Militärbasis mit Flugzeugen, die nur am Morgen und am Ende des Tages über sehr niedrige m kommen Insgesamt genossen wir unserem Aufenthalt

Me & my husband loved it here, we stayed 3 nights but could have happily stayed much longer! We had an apartment with a king bed! It had everything you needed, I could have quite happily lived there, you have a full kitchen with microwave, hob, grill and oven. They provide washing up liquid, cloths, tea, coffee etc as well as soap , shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, they really have thought of everything! There was a shopping centre a 5 min walk away with a BWS too! The bus stop is a 1 min walk which was really handy, especially since transport is free until Jan 2023. I would 100% stay here again, it was a perfect stay and excellent value for money!

Ich war eine Woche im Krankenhaus und sie setzten mich hier, um auf eine Lockout zu warten. Freundliches Personal, sauberes Zimmer und große Zimmer auch. Befragt über die Pizza und das Mädchen sagte mittelgroß für eine. Sehr überrascht es ist eine Vollgröße 12” Pizza und war lecker. Huon Lachs Pizza perfekt gekocht und voller Geschmack. $24, was ziemlich viel erwartet wird in diesen Tagen. Menü ist klein und grundlegende, aber wenn das andere Essen etwas wie das ist dann sicher, es ist Bang für Geld. Nicht viel über diese Seite der Stadt, aber nahe dem Strand und Bootsplatz und Krankenhaus.

Currently quite dated and looks a bit tired, Quest are currently conducting painting and floor covering works, this will improve the quality somewhat, be prepared for works in progress but these will not affect your stay as they are being conducted well behind the scenes with minimal disruption. Gymnasium currently not available due upgrade to services within, overall a comfortable stay.
