We arrived around 2pm today intending to grab lunch, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. Upon asking the front desk staff about parking (since the signs weren’t clear), I was met with an unwelcoming and rude response. The woman at the desk didn’t greet me, just stared at me blankly with no smile or acknowledgment. When I asked where to pay for parking, she coldly replied, 'here, are you having lunch?' I said yes, and her response was, 'well, you don’t have to pay then,' without any further explanation. There was no polite exchange, no 'thank you,' no 'have a good day,' nothing. When I asked if anything else was needed (like our car registration number), she glared at me and sharply said, 'no.' My partner and I were made to feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome, so we chose to leave immediately without having lunch. This level of rudeness and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. We won’t be returning.
