Location pretty grim as it’s next to the Dartford Bridge and Tunnel. But once you are in you can forget about that as the rooms are decent and spacious, the restaurant is excellent for an evening meal and the breakfast is good value particularly if you go for the meal deal for dinner and breakfast. A good stay overall.

Room was usual premier inn standard and you know what you’re getting. Heating was switched off though? Spent ages trying to get it to work. In the end had to we ask reception who said it’s turned off and they will turn it on?? Lighting was pretty bad for female to get ready.

Was very late but surprised welcome ,was staying with my daughter. Was late dinner 🍽 but was delicious, room was specious and clean,was have small issue,but receptionist was very helpful I think her names was Edita .Surprised with treats

It was lively stay for me and my othet half.i love the hotel,absolutely lovely staff the receptionist Zeveli was outstanding,she is on point vrty profesional . Thr toom just spotless,i eas traveling from abroad and was impress for me . My husnand was contacted hotel before our stay,it was on point with the siurprise left in the room 🥰 Wr had a dinner on the restaurant,the food was very tasty

We choose this hotel as we came for party.so we disaded to stay over with family. First impretion was feel very welcome of the staff who meet us, was very profeaional,friendly. The room was very siutprised with the kids siurprise with competition and treats.in the morning on the breakfast was staff involving kids in drawing a smile.after our breakfast was staff so involving kids to draw. We loved every moment spend in this friendly hotel.

What a welcome hotel. The reception Lady was very friendly . Offered to book a dinner table in advance,mentioned breakfast timing and a car park charge . The location was very good as shoping center was very close by. I was traveling on my own was siurprised what a beautiful treat found in The room.

Been staying in this hotel lots of times. Rooms are good size and always tidy. Big car park. Best service in restaurant from Zivile, Ausra, Renata and Demetri. Will be back soon.............................................. .............

Would highly recommend this hotel - staff are polite, and professional, rooms are clean and facilities are also good. Kudos to zivile, Ausra, and Demitre. Whilst working with business training for 5 days, they always welcomed me by name, and made my stay experience comfortable, they provided Great service and are an asset to the hotel and company group.

Every time I stay at this hotel I'm greeted so warmly by all the staff, rooms and the hotel in general is always clean. 100% recommend for a reasonable priced hotel in a good location. Zivile and Renata is particular always go the extra mile to make my stays comfortable
