Travelodge Darlington

We have stayed here many times and I must say that Kelly Kirsty sue Michelle Sarah Maureen Carol Nicola have made us feel so welcome and helped us so much cannot thank them enough travelodge should be so proud to have such a fantastic team honestly fantastic we have been having a rough time recently and the staff have none stop helped where they can and never failed to put a smile on our faces they are all extremely friendly we have stayed at other travelodges and can definitely say this is the best one the rooms are always immaculate the hotel itself is always clean and tidy and the staff are always happy to provide anything you may need ie extra towels and pillows etc all I can say is well done to all the staff who keep this hotel going we will definitely be back and will be recommending this hotel 5 stars from us

Fantastic check-in service. Great location, perfect for our need for one night. Stayed there for one night when going to a family occasion. Room comfortable and clean, Special mention for Michelle on check in, fantastic warm welcome, informative and helpful. Thank you.

Staff where rude and our room wasn't up to scratch. There was a horrible draft from a vent above the desk which the room was cold. The hand soap didn't work and there was marks on the walls. Hard to flush the toilet as the flush button kept jamming. The bed was not very comfy either so struggled to sleep. Would not stay here again.

Lovely clean hotel and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Will definitely return when visiting next time I'm in the area staff so friendly and helpful.... Thanks Darlington will see you again soon........

Late booking with unjustified price increase…… No choice of anything but a large room which looks like a normal room apart from a fold up/down camp bed pushed in between the double bed and desk…

My stay was brilliant hotel was lovely set up was really really rate the staff Kelly was wonderful really helpful and friendly had the comfiest sleep I’ve had in a very long time highly rate this travelodge for anyone travelling for work!!!!
