Property is well maintained, clean and hygienic. Staff behaviour was also good. Only 30-40mtr high stiff road, otherwise it is not very far from the main mall area. total distance from main mall around 400mtr. distance from kaventar 100mtr. Terrace was nice.
One negative point was that, although it was well decorated, but rooms were very compact, specially those rooms which don't have any balcony.

Hotel was good and clean , well decorated room. Although this room was very spacious but toilet of this family room was not that much good, some leakages are there. No balcony, sunlight not enter much in this room.
staff were very good, terrace was nice. And location was also good except last 30mtr stiff road.

Good saty
Location is close to market and Rail station.
Food is nice we had only breakfast over here.
Room size is ok, room was clean and neat but smokie.
Service and staff was good.
We visited this place during end of March.

My room is little bit small but atmosphere is really good. Food can be better but the portion size is good. Staffs are really helpful and polite. All the amenities was there. Really enjoyed the stay.

The hotel was really nice, cozy and well-maintained. The staff was kind and helpful with good services. The tea was excellent and the view from the hotel was spectacular.

The hotel claimed that it has Veg restaurant but providing Egg and egg related items so can't be considered as Pure Vegetarian. We didn't eat the food at the Hotel Restaurant due to mixed/ common utensils in the restaurant.
The hotel provided an Electric Bed but it is not sufficient as room temperature is very low. The hotel does not have a centralized heater facility in the Hotel but instead they charge for a portable heater which other hotels provide for free. Although providing a heater is basic and must amenity in the hotel at such a low temperature.
They rarely pick the call at reception at night refusing to provide services such as water mentioning their services closed at night.
Other than the above, our stay was good.
