The most luxurious hotel at the most affordable prices- my family went in September and since we travelled in a big group we also needed good accommodation. My dadi especially loved the breakfast service provided at the hotel and it has a number of amenities for all age groups. It is also right in the main city so it makes it very easy to travel. Loved the stay overall.

Undoubtedly the best stay you can book in Darjeeling, doesn't leave a stone unturned when it comes to improving the experiences for the travellers. Food : Top notch and homelike ( Special mention- Desserts by Arindam! - that lingering state of chocolate mousse still stays ***** with the warm memories) Room and hospitality- Just one sentence, it's just like how you expect your home to be - Clean, Spacious and Warm A special thanks to Arindam Sen for his warm gesture and hospitality towards us. Everything was fantastic! We especially appreciated the outstanding service provided by Mr. Sen, the Restaurant Manager. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, and everyone in the restaurant was attentive, letting us try many new dishes. Mr. Sen was particularly considerate of our low spice tolerance and even prepared a to-go breakfast for us since we had to leave for the airport at 5am. Highly recommend! View from our room and the rooftop was outstanding!🌟

Excellent experience especially have to mention Mr. Anirban Sen, food and beverage manager, who through his e treme power helped each visitor. Staffs are very cordial and helpful. Location is fantastic and view of Mt. Kanchenjungha is awesome. Room no. 506 is the best.

Very comfortable stay and ambiance. The location of the hotel is perfect for reaching Mall Road and other attractions. Hotel staff is very helpful and courteous. There’s a warmth among people working in Viceroy which will make you come back again and again. A special thanks to Mr. Arindam Sen for creating such a positive environment and also a very good staff named Solemon who was always there to help. We were travelling with our 2 babies and the guards there helped us in every way to carry everything to our rooms. Just one suggestion that the food Menu was limited be it in the room or restaurant because not many things were available for vegetarian people. You should provide whatever is mentioned in the Menu because Holidays is about comfort and delicious food. Last but not the least, Thanks for spreading so much warmth Darjeeling people because that’s what made us fall in love with you.

We stayed first time at Darjeeling with Family , The property is located at excellent location, The main Market is on walking distance, Room ambiance was good and quite specious for we 4 people, Hospitality was quite Good and Food was spot on , Mr. Arindam Manager who was looking for F&B was excellent on his services . Family was very happy to stayed there . Kudos to Viceroy Team 👍🏻

A very genuine and true review from us on 23rd dec24...It's a horrible experience staying in Viceroy hotel Darjeeling for 2 days. It might be good in it's era, but today it is the saddest hotel to stay in...Very wrong reviews are written on The website...the unhygienic and unhealthy bedsheets were provided...Uncourteous and uncooperative front office staff....non adjusting attitude for any requirement and request...the breakfast was hardly any spread....not even hot / coffee was given on request. Will never recommend the stay here from our end.

This is one of best stay in Darjeeling. Ali the manager was excellent support right from travel from Bangalore until my stay at Viceroy. Very memorable experience. Worth the stay . I would strongly recommend anyone coming to Darjeeling , this is right opposite to Clock tower , which gives best view of Kanchenjunga Mountain . Excellent place due to a toilet issue without any Hassles hotel shifted us to luxury rooms . Food was excellent and Arindam restaurant manager was very friendly and helpful.
