The staff are friendly but less enthusiastic. The food which provided in restaurant was expensive but with less variety and quantity. The room is clean but with a lot of flies.

估計在小鎮上的原因，條件比較差。房間裏沒有拖鞋，沒有吹風機。問服務員要了吹風機，第三天又給收走了，也不知道什麼神操作。餐廳位於B1，從早餐開始音樂就震耳欲聾，晚上音樂一直到10:30，也體現了三哥對音樂的熱愛之情。當然房間的隔音也別指望。另外，酒店衹提供素食，介意的朋友還是撤吧。

Good ambience and classy. The breakfast was good and overall the service was good. The washroom were clean and suitable for all, the balcony and one of the highlights of our stay was the hotel breakfast offering, which featured a variety of fresh fruits, pastries and hot dishes. It was a great way to start each day before heading out to explore the city.

Rooms are good and food is amazing there, only complain is of Hot Water it takes long time and is lukewarm at best. Location wise its very good. Everything at walking distance for young visitors. Darjeeling station is nearby at 5 minutes walk and Mall Road at 15-20 minutes walk.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Small hiccups in my opinion that are acceptable: some noisy neighbours (families) on our floor which made our stay a bit annoying but the staff did manage to calm them down. The breakfast buffet was quite substantial and satisfying. Hot water needs to be called for. So please make note of that. Overall, the staff was helpful.

Property is clean and nice Had amazing food Staff is very helpful and polite The only things that Need to improve s 1st Internet connectivity and 2nd hot water facility...otherwise overall stay experience was amazing and specifically their cuisine and staff behaviour is very good. This is actually a 4 star property.

We booked our stay at udaan himalayan darjeeling we had a very comfortable stay we throughly enjoyed our stay. We booked for premium valley View room it was spacious neat and clean. The hotel is located in a very good place where you can see the toy train, you can shop from the reliance smart point/digital and the Mall road is at 10min walk. And the rooms are really good with an amazing view from the balcony. Or if you didn't choose balcony room you can still use the balcony in every floor they provide. The staffs are very good they help us with every steps special Vansita, Pratik and Saprapti. Had a very great visit in this hotel. Don't hesitate just book... Will book in future again

The behaviour of all the stuffs are very good, rooms and bathrooms are neat and clean. We stayed in two room both have very beautiful view. The rooms are cozy. All the amenities are very good. Food was delicious. This is a pure veg hotel and foods are amazing and very affordable.
