The Yakha Retreat & Spa

We were here for just one night and I regret my decision for that.Rooms were pretty small which in the pictures look decently large,washrooms too were small and to top it they provide expired soaps and shampoos…thank god I checked it before using them(2018 mfg and 2020 exp),the bed sheets were torn and towels were not so clean.In the morning,when we went to the lawn which is the only good place in the whole hotel we could see the towels were being dried over the small bushes!!We were on the MAP plan but there were no buffet at the dinner time,the food was average,absolutely disappointing on how they served the breakfast.We entered the hotel with a fair expectation but was highly disappointed.They are low with staffs and are very mismanaged.Surely would never return to this hotel.This hotel really needs to work very hard to be in sync with other good hotels.
